I think you just have to breed 2 dragons which have 2 elements each, the higher the level and having a variety of 4 elements increase the chances. I still am working on a rainbow dragon.
Okay so I bred a Lvl 6 Storm Dragon with a Lvl 6 fire dragon and am pretty sure that I got a Rainbow...doesn't really make sense, though does it? Aren't they supposed to be Lvl 10...there's a 48 hour incubation time...I mean it could be Sun or Moon (x and y.)
I'm struggling to get the firefly dragon never mind the rainbow one although I have seen them while visiting neighbors I really want one they look like a Chinese dragon when fully grown

Ok guys to get either of the above is to breed in order blue fire dragon level 10 and crystal dragon level ten at with 6.30pm or 7.30 pm I did this and I hatch a sun dragon which took 24 hrs to complete I'm now waiting another 24 hours for my dragons to finish breeding fingers crossed its a rainbow this time
Got sun moon and rainbow all from breeding ice dragon(blue fire) and crystal dragon. Dragons must be lvl 10 and u must be lvl 20 and own their habitats for the highest chance, u will know if u get it the breeding time will be two days. Good luck
How to get rainbow dragon!!! The best way to get rainbow dragon is to breed lv10 crystal and lv10 blue fire it's not 100% but it's about 80% to 90%
Rainbow = blue fire+crystal takes many tries also u must be lvl 20 and dragons must be lvl10 make sure u put the blue fire in slot one then crystal. Blue fire also know as ice dragon is received by breeding fire dragon and storm dragon 12 hour breed took me like three tries but one I have four of them hope this helps.
Blue fire in slot one and crystal in slot two this matters very much u can also get sun and moon with this combo higher level u an dragons are helps chances also buy habitats will increase ur odds
Sorry, but much of what you have advised is incorrect. Yes, you may get a rainbow with blue fire/crystal, but many have got their rainbows with many other combos incl. Seaweed/firefly, firefly/swamp (mine). Rainbow, Sun & Moon are purely random. You absolutely do not need to be level 20 nor do your dragons need to be lvl 10. I got my Rainbow at lvl 18 and used lvl 9 & 10 dragons. Lvl 7 works for others. Blue Fire is NOT known as ice dragon. They are two separate dragons. Again, Blue Fire can be bred with a few different combos.... I got my first with ice/fire combo, then got 4 others so far with fire/storm combo I understand you have posted what personally worked for you
Again, some get Rainbow with blue fire/ crystal, some reverse this order and get a rainbow..... There are so many successful combos to breed a rainbow, blue fire/crystal are proving quiet popular for sun/moon too....but so is fire/storm....

Just saying ur lvl and dragons u breed lvls raise percentage to obtain rainbow, moon, sun. Sorry for helping.
