If anyone here has a Persephone or Queen Persephone leader card, please add me as a friend "acencd". That card is key to killing the Arch Witch without having to use a revive.
Quite possible, and I had considered that so I started double reading the friends leadership ability just to be sure
guild shop Wren, are there any planned updates to the guild shop? I use my gems on recruiting but usually get stuff that is 4*... of the very few I've gotten that are 5 or 6* I'd like to get duplicates of, but it seems like there are only a limited amount of 5 or 6 star cards in the guild shop. Perhaps upping the small percentage of times that one does show up in there would be helpful... maybe even removing the common 2-3 star cards that show up since they can easily be farmed to make room for better items, or if nothing else expanding the # items available at one time? Another option would be having the rarity of items available directly tied to the guild shop level. Thanks again!
Ahh, so if you pick a new person that isn't already your friend then you don't get their leadership bonus... This is what was throwing me off...
Ouch, the leader friend deal probably put off your plan a lot. Coming from P&D I was used to that mechanic. Feel bad for you.
Makes for a short guild war boss battle! Not that big a deal this go 'round anyway since I can only pull off 100 - 250 guild points from each go with her anyway. My little two man guild is still set to break 6-7K total on this war so we'll at least get a little loot. Not terrible for a lvl 30 and lvl 25... I've heard a lot of good about P&D and wouldn't mind checking it out some day but I only have enough spare time for one of these type of games
Newbie here on TouchArcade... but I found this forum since its really the only place people are talking about this game in-depth and the developers seem to be keeping tabs on it. I think I found a mistake in one of the card sets - The Flame Sorceress (6*) must be missing a zero for the damage to all enemies. Currently its at 5,000, which can't be right. The lower two tiers of this card (4* & 5*) are set at 1,000 damage to all enemies. Could this be right? The 4* card in this set goes for 2,500 guild points - a mistake unless damage was 10,000 and 50,000 for the respective levels, right? Also, the leader skill is odd in that it seems to be aimed towards having others use your card since it gives an additional .5x of the leader's attack power. Would love to hear some feedback. Thanks for all of the great info everyone's provided on here!
Hi Slacks, There is no mistakes associated with that card. There are other cards that do only 3,000 damage to all enemies, such as Werewolf, and Lycan of the Moon. I know you may feel a zero is missing, but it is not. Unfortunately, it's just not really that great of a card (or at my level (91), I haven't found much of a use for it)
Yea I have the same card. And although it is a fun card to use, it is unfortunately very weak. Not all 6* cards are useful sadly.
Thanks Lickzy! Yeah, there's no use for it given the other cards that are much lower in levels do much more, such as the Cerebrus (sp?) for those who go for fire skills. That's a 5* card, which is what makes the Fire Sorceress so surprising. A 5* card should not be more powerful than a 6*, especially if it is priced at 2,500 guild points! All other cards with the suffix of 'Sorceress' should imply power, but this card is really a joke. I would suggest for the special move 'Wall of Fire II' to have at least 4 zeros, but it may fall on deaf ears.
Thanks! I really am having a blast with this game. Hopefully when I get higher level I can get you on my friend list
Awesome. "maniac" and I'll add it when I get to my family's place. Gettin' on the road for Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks!
Slacks? From water frogs? Also yes, that card is a bit sub standard. Cthulhu. P&D is quite fun, yes. I don't play it anymore mostly because my data wiped and they didn't restore it. However it requires more attention than DE because there's no 'auto pilot' function. Much of a muchness really. Monster collection, elements based damage, gems vs gold vs real money. P&D has been going longer, so the community is a bit smoother, ie: has a website with all monsters listed, skills, where to find, materials required for evolutions etc etc (which we REALLY need to make one for ourselves). But if you really only have time for scheduling your life around one game timer, then just stick with DE. ^^ I find the people on this forum a bit easier going.
I see that some folks have been working on a Dragon Era wiki over at Wikia, I'm thinking that is probably the wisest place to start compiling such information. I will start adding some things when I get back from vacation.
