I just installed it on my Windows 10 pc and first impressions looks pretty decent. Very much has a early Final Fantasy game type feel with turn based combat. It does have random encounters though, which I am not overly fond of. There are a couple of real plusses. 1. You can play on pc and save to the cloud and then continue your save on your mobile. 2. You can pause save at any time. Almost a necessity with mobile gaming and a feature I especially appreciate. Plays good on an iPad. You can choose between touch to move or a virtual joypad. So if you are hesitant about forking out the couple of bucks for the mobile version go grab the windows versions and give it a free look see. Edit: To clarify the save system. You generate a one time code when you save your game at an inn. This code needs to be entered into whatever other device you want to continue on. The pause save will not generate a code. So if you are, for instance, playing on an iPad you can pause save anytime and continue the game later on your iPad. If you want to transfer that game to your pc, then it is best to save at an inn where you are given the code to enter on your pc and you then can continue from the inn. As far as I can tell from early in the game, the code that is generated never changes so I guess you could call it an access code to the cloud rather than a save game file code. Hope that didn’t confuse things rather than explain things. Solarclipse, Son of Anarchy and Anotherkellydown like this. At first the world seems small, cause you can only see the main quest in your log. But once you start listening to what all people have to tell in a city, you can find some nice side quests. Also the best gear and spells seem to be hidden in this side quests. This game surely needs some attention from retro rpg fans. mgambino Well-Known Member Aug 13, 2014 159 95 28 #4 mgambino, Mar 9, 2021 The first one was on Android and I thought it was great. When I saw this pop up I just immediately bought it. Obviously, if you don’t like 90’s era JRPGs it may not be for you.
