well, played it today but it's still a little bit buggy! (yes i did a reboot after installing) when you win a tournament, game ends back to homescreen. the nitro button doesn't respond very well. needs to be fixed. other than that, it's quite an improvement to the first drag racer game. lots more tuning stuff & tweaking like gear ratio's, spring stiffness, tire compound,..... also like how you can put your own pictures on the car. fix the bugs and it's a great game.
Yah we're having some real issues with the App Approval process. I sincerely apologize for the troubles everyone's having with the app store version of the game. We're working tirelessly to get our intended version out on the app store, and a brief fix is expected in days. Our gameplay will be updated by the 1.2 fix which will include alot of gameplay tweaks which will make the game alot smoother (including easy shifter). Again we apologize, we've made the game cheap for the time being, but we'll be back in full force as soon as we get this sorted out.
1.3 Update is now finished, all the bugs are finally out. 1.4 is awaiting approval, with a Truck Pack included in it.
I have played it on the computer and I think that thsi game is crap. You don't actually have to control your car! You just have to shift gears.
It doesn't necessarily need steering to be good. Games like this are more about getting the timing right. That said, it's missing on key element: a clutch.
