So I guess you could go to the manga sites themselves and read them but it's not exactly an optimal experience. In the Rock store there's an iphone app called Mangadl which was taken off the app store months ago (along with every other iphone manga reading app) and now it's available for free to download! The app is better than ever now because they were previously contacted by Viz to take down all their mangas they linked to (probably because it downloads the images into the device) but now they don't have any restrictions Every manga from the top 5 scanlation sites is now accessible through the app All you need to do is download the mangadl app and download a modification called "fullforce" (http://www.tipb.com/2010/05/21/fullforce-ipad-jailbreak-app-review/). Just enable mangadl to work in fullforce and that's pretty much all there is to it EDIT: sorry I meant to post this in the Jailbreak forum :-/
