Awesome! Worked for me. Thanks, now I can join in on the fun. Look forward to be able to use my fingers though.
Really digging the game! Sucking up lots of time for sure. Nothing much to add in terms of strategy as I'm still getting the flow of it all. Made it to level 33 so far. A few recommendations for the dev... another +1 on those that suggested being able to craft with a full inventory if the craft will free up a space. Dropping something to craft sucks. Another thing that I didn't see suggested that I would love would be a "craft and use" button next to the craft button. This way you don't have to close the window and use the item and then reopen if you're making a couple of things, and even if it's just one, it would speed things up. I think the inventory size is mostly fine... although it does seem like there's 2-4 less than needed, which is part of the challenge I guess. Stackable lanterns is my only "that would make things easier/simpler" ask as far as lowering the difficulty bar really.
The pencil got me through the tutorial but I hit another point where the pencil and finger no longer work....
I am so sorry about that. The engineer is trying to fix it. Now you can go through with Apple Pencil in tutorial level. Really sorry about that
Where did you get that point, do you mind give me screenshot? It is really helpful for us to fix it Thank you in advance!
First, thank you so much for playing this game and give us really useful suggestions. I have to say the suggestions "being able to craft with a full inventory if the craft will free up a space" and "craft and use" which are exactly what we want to do. We are discussing with engineer and hoping those features will be released in the next version. "inventory size" : It likes what you said that was part of the challenge. You guys need to decide what you have to keep or drop "Stackable lanterns" : If the lanterns are stackable, the game will be easier and less strategy.
Sorry, I restarted the app so I do not have a screen shot available. It was on my second trip down the well on around the 2nd level. I was using the pencil to select something and the pop up info window came up and stayed up. Neither my finger or pencil were responsive. I restarted the app and I was back at the house. A played a little since and have not had the same issue arise. There have been a few instances when the pencil would not respond on a tap so I had to use a finger then go back to the pencil.
Man I was hopeful when I saw the pencil trick ( I have one) but I think I'm just gonna hold off, after I saw there's another freeze point I got worried I'm watching the forums and the store soon as word comes that freezes are fixed, I'll buy it .. Looks fun but I can't risking buying another game this month that has issues, that make the Game unplayable.. I look forward to the update !
Hi Shining, I totally understand. Please hold off. I hope you can get a perfect version there. Also the update is on the way including some other optimizing features.
Hello, this game looks sick. I have one question. How is end game? Can you finish this game like a single player game or is there any grinding? I love grinding, it makes me busy haha Any online feature? If not, any plans for online feature?
I use ipad pro ... and am stuck in the tutorial! Same problem other players had already explained here! What I do not understand: If I am a developer of a game... shouldn't I test it on several devices, before putting it on App Store? No?
Hi Polybios, I am so sorry about the issue on iPad Pro, and my engineer is trying to fix it. I promise it will be fixed in the next version. For "test it on several devices", you are totally right. We should have tested it, but to be honest, we did not do it on iPad Pro. It is really my fault. Sorry again.
You‘ll meet some real bad ass mobs in the end game. To fight them, you have to grind for some gold and relic shards to max out your stats so you can dwell deeper. We hope our players can enjoy the game anywhere, anytime, so we don't include any feature require a network connection. But we're listening to our fans. If lots of players hope to have some kind of online mode, we'll consider it seriously
Two more quality of life improvement to add to the list: - Auto-equip when picking up or crafting and the corresponding equipment slot is currently empty. Ie, weapons, shields, necklaces, etc. - Create a new, default tab in the crafting menu that automatically populates with items that have all of the requisite components available. There are a lot of unnecessary taps and scrolling in the user interface at that moment and I'm always looking for ways to streamline use actions.
Maybe this is from me just not being very good, and I'm hitting a "skill" wall, but I do find the balance of the game later on to be a bit awkward. I've hit floor 40 and the 4th floor of my house and I've noticed the following: The cost of things goes up fast enough for it to become a bit of a grind fest, and while this might not be a "pay to win" scenario, it has a bit of that feel. The "elevator" option is kind of useless as you need to grind through the earlier floors to accumulate enough gear/supplies to have a chance at some of the later floors, but provide so little gold early on that you need to make it to the later floors for any real amounts of gold to be dropped to properly upgrade your characters. A +/- 30 min run through now nets me a in the range of 1000-2000 gold, enough to open up the floor, but so little in the way of antiques to be even able to add anything to it sometimes. With the antiques costing four pieces to open, it'll take multiple runs to get all of them. I can see this being even worse on the next batch, for cost/antique haul. I've tried taking the elevator to try to get an anqitue piece or two before i die, but given the lack of supplies, sometimes I can't even get one. Anyway... ramble/rant over. Just kind of annoyed at the "F2P" climb in difficulty suddenly.
