Thanks for the replies, I'll pick it up and give it a spin then. I did see this post when it went up but wanted to wait for some feedback about it before getting it....it's so bad that I'm use to everything being free now as I was surprised to see a price. Happy to buy it now though now I know it works and some things do carry over.
Very glad to hear that Hope you like this game. Please feel free to let me know if any feedbacks good or bad
That is soooo bad! Can you share a screenshot to me? Or maybe you re-start the game to fix this issue.
Here is a screenshot. Already tried restart with no success. It works on my iPhone 6s though. But I'd rather play it on my iPad, due to landscape mode
@sdfkt: Hhmm, I am on an Air1 iOS 10.2 not jailbroken, and I didn't run into this. But I'm playing in English, not in German. While that shouldn't make a difference, I've seen pigs fly What's your iPad's specs? @Peter: That's one thing you could add: switching languages at runtime. Some more feedback: - Stuff like lanterns, weapons and armors really should stack as well. Inventory space is so limited I don't get why you made e.g. each lantern use one slot. - With the little space available, getting a backpack or such to store more stuff would be nice. - Highlight crafting: When you have enough material to craft something, it'd be nice if the Crafting button would highlight, so I don't have to check manually all the time. And when you are on the Craft screen, highlight the tabs where you have craftable items. - The craft tab buttons could be bigger. More than enough space on an iPad to double their size. - Crafting button I'd double in height, at least for iPads. Made it down to level 19 and unlocked Ali Baba, having fun so far. Some tips for others: Don't upgrade equipment - weapons and armors - early on. Waste of Gold since you unlock better stuff at quite the fast rate. The only useful exceptions I see are Lantern (but expensive at 1000 Gold), Minor Healing Potion cause it needs so few materials, Blowdart for the same reason, and maybe the Slingshot. Oh, and I just noticed that the Syringes give "HP Restore" bonus when you upgrade them, but I didn't try that out yet if it's worth it.
WOW, that is really great. Thank you soooo much for your feedback. I have to say it is really useful for us to make this game better. I will update this to my team.
I look forward to getting to play this. I bought it but am also having the tutorial bug on iPad Pro 12.9 iOs 10.2.1.
Having the same problem here, too. Freezes at the same screen shown in the screen shot above. (Except I'm playing in English...)
Always welcome good UI is becoming more and more a pet peeve of mine, so I tend report back every little thing I notice. Which reminds me that I forgot one: Crafting with full inventory doesn't work. I'd change that so it only fails when you don't free a slot. Since you use up materials, you do have free space afterwards quite often. More complicated to code, sure. But way more convenient for the player.
Freeze? Post iOS version and device, will ya? I wonder if the freezes are iOS version related. So far we have my Air with 10.2 where it works ok, and cruncher's with 10.2.1 where it doesn't. I plan to upgrade to 10.3 tomorrow, will see what happens there. Everyone, please post your device and iOS version when you are hit by the freeze. Makes troubleshooting a lot easier for the good devs.
Also stuck on tutorial I'm also stuck on the tutorial. Same screen as above. Playing on iPad pro, iOS 10.2.1
I'm hooked on Gumballs in a way that I was never hooked on Dungelot (although I do like it). They are quite different, the only similarity is the 'minesweeper' type play arena. I would give Gumballs a try-get past the first part that seems really easy and you will find it is a very deep game that is seemingly endless. The devs are very active on this forum and generous in their giveaways. I have spent quite a bit on IAP but you get a LOT for your money.
