£3.99 is about $6.67 give or take a few cents...

Doom is awesome, but I'd wait for a sale, it will happen one day without someone pretending it has.

 

I dunno, maybe I'm searching wrong, but this has disappeared off the NZstore.
In fact, the only game developed by ID software is Wolfenstein 3D lite classic.

 

I just got this and I miss the Wolf3d control method of forwards/backwards strafe and turn on the left, right/left strafe on the right. I haven't been able to separate the strafing arrows in the edit controls screen despite repeated tapping; is this even possible?

 

Geez... DOOM still seems a great game to play and I'm really glad that the developers didn't change a lot of the appearence.

Damn, that's cheap. This game is a must for everyone. This is what you call a FULL GAME! With 36 levels in 4 different difficulties.

It's worth 10$ but now it's 3$. Go for it.

Not in Asian stores. Doom ressurection gone too. Were there before. Why were they pulled?

 

I picked this up and while its great so far in every other way I'm disappointed to see the controls are not exactly like Wolfenstein's. Is there any way to force the pads to stay in place like Wolfensteins?

Carmack said he knows he should've included Wolfenstein controls, and it'll probably happen in an update.

Doom II and Final Doom are also planned.

Yeah he doesn't keep us up to date as much as other devs, but hey, he's a popular and busy guy. I'm sure he's still working on it though

 

Doom Classic back up to $6.99 on AppShopper, but still $2.99 in the app store. Not sure what's happening here, but I grabbed it due to possible shenanigans going on!

 

Is there a way to bring up stats during a level? for percent of kills, items, etc that it shows you at the end of the level?
