I've finished all 4 worlds, yet I'm only at 96.4% completion. Hmmmm secret level somewhere? Or bug? World 4 is where it gets madly awesome. And it feels soooo good accomplishing so many combos and being able to get your character to do what you want to do. PICK THIS GAME UP ASAP!
The game is #170 on the iPad games top 200 list: http://appshopper.com/bestsellers/games/paid/?device=ipad So maybe the sales will get better
Ah cool! It always feels great to hear that someone was hooked enough to go through the story mode! Yeah it sounds like a bug, usually it works but it this case it looks like one of the section did not 'register'...
Ah, ok. Back to trying to complete 40 kills on expert endless, and getting all the skills. Once I do that, I'll be tryin to take #1 on all the leader boards Currently at about 6 hours into the game and I'll be adding double to that for sure. Take it from someone who has played no kidding dozens of this genre, this comes second to Jetpack Joyride. Buy it!
Just to give an order of magnitude, top 10 games iphone represents about 10-20k units daily, top 100 iphone about 2k daily, top 200 iphone 1k daily, top 200 ipad 200 daily, top 200 sub-category iphone 50 units daily. It would be ok if a dev would get a steady low amount over a long period, but the usual pattern is to have a sharp drop after the first 1-2 weeks. Overcrowded market
Sorry, but I've spent more than 50 hours into JJ, but honestly, I think DRWAPS will come close, especially if you release a content update. Really stinks that you're not getting very much sales. Maybe a TA review can change that? We'll have to see I guess.
Every bit helps. TA has a great leverage, although any review by itself has a marginal effect. We still have a last marketing event going on tomorrow though. Repulse-O (match-3 puzzle), one of our other games, is going to go free through FAAD to help cross-promote the game. Not sure if it will make a big difference but we never know .
Yeah, I'm surprised this game isn't doing better as well. At a guess, I'd say it might have to do with the visual style which looks fairly generic. I know when I first watched the video on page 1 of this thread the game didn't strike me as being anything special. It's only when you play it and experience the responsiveness of the controls that the game hooks you. A lite version might be a logical thing to try.
Agreed, I was a bit skeptical at first but I figured I'd take the plunge to see what the hype was all about. Sure glad I did!
just wanted to say, I've put a little bit of time into it, and I find the jump and slide button placement a little bit awkward, even though I know most people think it works really well. May I suggest customizable button placement?

Things are pretty calm in here... Woooot, we have new reviews on TA front page, and appspy Oh and we're fooling around with iCade controls and iControlPad. If some people from our beta crew already have those devices, please let us know!
Haha thanks guys . I don't think that we deserve to be the game of the week, but we are thrilled by the people reactions so far and we're honored to be displayed alongside so many amazing titles!
