Deep in the electro-abyss lives a little robot who loves to eat exploding fruit. He also quite likes staying alive. That’s where you come in… The hook to the game is the scoring system – each exploding fruit sets off adjacent fruits creating crazy-satisfying chains. As well as looking and sounding awesome, each explosion adds a multiplier to points scored with the chain. You’ll reach nail-biting levels of tension waiting until your fruit amasses on screen before you set one off triggering a massive chain explosion for maximum scoring! GAME MODES: Remix Mode: Battle through 50 unique missions in Remix Mode which mess up the rules and push you to the limits of your reactions and skill. Arcade Mode: A never ending, different every time arena based fun machine! Hit the global leaderboards and try and become the world’s best dodger. Time Attack: 2m30 at tweaked difficulty to hone your skills. Dying costs time and points, so don’t die! Chill Out Mode: A more sedate and strategic but equally intense mode for when your nerves are just too fried to take on the game at full pace. BONUS: Unlock special guest characters from other Indie Games! Gurn along to the legendary soundtrack Customise your Robot with costumes and hats. Super smooth and configurable gyro controls. There's just something so satisfying about the implementation of tilt controls in this version of the game, and while I've practically sworn off tilt controls for good, I wouldn't have DDMR any other way. Also, the sheer amount of variation and replay value in what is essentially an avoidance game is mind-boggling. Honestly, I can't recommend this enough. You will have a have the hardest time putting this down. Soooo cool to see our little game getting some love We'd really love to see some Arcade Mode runs if anyone's recording? I LOVE watching people showing off their DDMR mad-skillz. Here's us doing a run on Arcade Mode: InfiniteStates Well-Known Member Apr 14, 2011 51 0 0 #6 InfiniteStates, Mar 25, 2016 Wahoo! Don't Die Mr Robot is in the Best New Games bit of the AppStore! NICE Qwertz555 Well-Known Member May 22, 2010 2,318 29 48 #7 Qwertz555, Mar 25, 2016 I got an early code (thanks again) and i wrote the following in the upcoming thread. If you like avoidance games and love to blow up stuff, this is a must-have in your collection, imho. "This fast loading, polished and colorful presentation comes with four different play modes, great chippy soundtracks, responsive and big buttons/fonts and all give nice audio feedbacks. I love that, and the voices, and the low installed MB 56. Unfortunately i can't switch the language to english, no biggie at all. The in-game calibration is simple and brilliantly made. It happens before a level starts, or pause the game, hold your device as needed and tap to game on again. Very good playable even for a laying couch potato player as i am. Just saying, i quit playing 4-ways tilt games in the middle of playing Tilt to Live 2 back in late '13. Now i can happily report back that i found some love again for this control mechanic...but only if it's done this well. Congrats! Highly recommended." PS: unexpected surprise for shmup fans (me) with this additional scoring bonus... Spoiler bullet/foe grazing is possible, cool J.R. Jalapeno Well-Known Member Oct 6, 2008 663 0 16 #8 J.R. I'm no advocate of tilt but this is done with so much precision that it's almost magical. Absolutely love this with the remixes. Great game all around. Kudos devs, kudos!!!!! Markaronið¯ Member Sep 21, 2014 14 0 1 #10 Markaronið¯, Mar 25, 2016 Is there any other control options?regardless of the tight tilt controls,I just can't deal with that control method,so if not could you please add additional control options, such as a d-pad or joystick..if that happens,I'm buyin.Thank You. soniclife Well-Known Member Mar 9, 2009 63 3 8 Hamburg #11 soniclife, Mar 26, 2016 This is the best tilt only game since the first Tilt-to-Live! Just one minor request: please include an option to choose the language. Sometimes the translation does not fit and I think it is always better to let the user decide than to just use the system language. metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #12 metalcasket, Mar 26, 2016 Try it out, you'll be more than surprised. Highly recommended!!!## sinagog Well-Known Member Aug 15, 2014 937 0 0 #14 sinagog, May 4, 2016 Excellent game, but it does seem to get uncalibrated every few seconds or so, or at least after ever hard tilt. I know the way to fix that is by pausing and realligning your ipad, but it can make playing the game an added challenge. Still is a great game, nevertheless.
