Prerequisite; play Str8ts Lite first before you attempt Domino Dice. Str8ts lite is the delivery system of the dice.

This is a very easy game to play, but very, very hard to end up with low scores. Domino Dice has a though learning curve and requires experimentation. Some people are instantly really good at seeing the patterns others are not.

I might have a few more codes in exchange for PM's. Only people that have had a great Sunday need apply. ( It is Sunday today isn't it ?)

We are doing really well on iTunes and certain people on touchArcade have been a big part of our success. So in the next few weeks we are creating a one page printable puzzle competition that will reward the players with the fastest times. Still thinking about the prizes. So practise and make sure you have a pencil and eraser handy. We will set a time for the event a few days in advance.

    Sounds awesome.
I've already got Domino Dice, and I still haven't understood the concept. I guess more experimentation will be required.
Str8ts is a great puzzle though. I'll be sure to practice this up for the contest. :)

    badmanj will win:(

I might have a chance on str8ts lite - although some of them I just "get" and others I have to come back to. Regular Str8ts - I always have to think about.

Glad to hear that you are doing well on iTunes. All your products are great, and deserve to do well.

Got Ace 1 done in just under 7 minutes and did King 3 and 4 in around 9 minutes each. I don't know if that is competitive. Although I don't really do these puzzles with time in mind. Mostly just enjoyment.

Of course the app is going to protect it's inner workings when someone learns how to outsmart the game and learns how to perfect the roto-control. We calculated a score of zero as being humanly impossible. Drebls thanks for proving us wrong! We will up the anti to -1 when we re-release. I will get Andrew to manualy enter your Zero on Q9.
    Thanks Jeff

Got lucky, I guess. Seems that things will fall together so well for a couple of games, then I'll get one or two where I can't put dominoes together to save my life!

    Drebls,

For me it always a problem when the die I need is on the bottom of the roto-control it really is annoying! You waste an extra turn! It is even worse when you rotate a dice and the new dot count is wrong and to make matters worse puts the correct die count under the roto-control! Argh!

It helps if you either keep a die at your desk or draw one out on paper.

If you know that the number you need is at the bottom, do those early so you reveal numbers quickly. You don't need to uncover all six numbers, once you have three done, you know the rest of the die...

It seems for me the trick is getting dominoes to form, that's where the points really come down. You have to think a few moves ahead and then figure out the best order to do them in. Otherwise you might not be able to make so many dominoes.

drebls, the roto-control can be tamed. I am glad you figured it out . The pairing of dominoes can be improved if you can solve the dice in different locations not bunched up. The problem is the puzzle doesn't provide info like that. DD solves cells next to previously solved ones. A dilemma to say the least. DD is actually a puzzle that has some real depth. The variation in players scores is huge and the learning curve is quite step to get good scores.
