Does this idea already exist as an iPad accessory?

    Hey Gang,

Being a big fan of many tilt controlled games of the iPhone, I hit upon an immediate problem trying to play these same games on the iPad...that being that there is no simple way to get the equivalent of the single handed tilting grip safely. It then occurred to me it would probably be simple enough for one of these rubber casing/grip folk to create something that adds some sort of strap/grip for your hand located centered on the back of the iPad (as a co-worker here put it, a bit like some sort of shield strap).

I know I could do this all myself easily enough with some glue and velcro but am curious if there is any sort of existing professional product doing anything close to this you fellow iPadders have already encountered or, better yet, have used yourselves.

I haven't seen anything like it out. However, lately I tend to stay away from iPad games that require a lot of tilting (such as driving games). Something about tilting the big screen around just isn't that much fun for me.

It sounds like something that would be called iPaddle, since it would facilitate that manner of use in the event that the device becomes completely obsolete or gets bricked.
