Huh, I never knew that. The only reason I've never really bothered writing a user review is because I thought no one read them since they all have zero replies. They allow comments on official TA reviews, so I don't really see why they don't allow them on user reviews.
Knowing these forums, enabling comments on user reviews would turn the section into the main source for trolling, flaming and pointless arguments on TA. People spend time writing those reviews and they're not being paid, it's better just to let them have their opinion and take yours to a place more open to debate.
Yeah, I don't think they are read much, and it would be unkind to bag on someones review. So comments like good job or great review maybe helpful, but knowing the internet it will just turn into your review sucks I disagree with it stuff.
Wow, I just looked at the view counts for some user reviews, and it's over 70'000! I guess some people do read them.
