    I'm really torn between replying and not replying to successful refunds.

    On one hand, it shows your appreciation for their services (which I deserve for faulty/bad products) but on the other, it wastes their precious time to read your words of gratitude and may even result in another email from them with similar content.



    Perhaps the support personnel can infer your unfathomable gratefulness and render your reply redundant?
