I like to lie down in bed and use it every night. I really wish Apple offered portrait lock for the Safari browser, but then again I might be in the minority.
Not really, I prefer to sit. If I'm laying on my back while playing a game, its just uncomfortable lol.
Me too, thats one of the main reasons why i have jailbroken my iPhone. You´ll find an SBSettings Addon in Cydia, which allows you to disable rotation and thus use Safari while lying in your bed.
It's a little hard to play games/use apps that need the accelerometer, but otherwise I prefer laying down to play.
I'm lying down right now on my bed posting this. When I play games I always sit up. However, when I'm surfin' I lie down most of the time. And yeah, would be nice to have portait and landscape lock mode.
That's what Jailbreaking is for. I like to play my virtual boy and Wii simultaneously while using a Hula Hoop lying down.
What's the add on called? I use my ipod every night in bed too, and I hate that safari (and some apps) can't lock
Really? Don't you find it limited and cramped? How would you play Doodle Jump? If I lay on my stomach while gaming, I would get owned!
