In the android marketplace, you download a 10mb file from the store. Then you choose to download the actual game from within it. A 200+mb game takes about 15-20+ minutes to download over a strong 3g connection.

    3g unrestrictor :)

I have like 12gb free 3g so I might as well use it as much as I can

Pretty much this. If for whatever reason there's no wifi nearby I'll leave it on my app store page for the next time I open the app store. Insta reminder.

    20MB, 200MB, 1GB - doesn't matter. If I want to play the game I'll get it.

I prefer it not be over 300 or so mb, unless I just know ahead of time that the game has some crazy depth or crazy good graphics then it's likely just bloated coding. But I do fully expect any ports of playstation/computer games to be more in the 500-700mb range. Truly can't say that I've ever considered size as a detractor from purchasing a game though. If a game is good, a game is good, period. Price, size, nothing really contributes more to whether I buy a game or not than the quality of the game.

I mentioned this before, but as an 8 GB owner, I expect "crazy depth or crazy good graphics" if a game is 200+ MB. I've gotten quite a few games over that limit because I really wanted them so it's not like size is something I immediately am turned off by. But if it's something I'm unsure of, or think there's no real reason it should be huge, I do have to take that into consideration. A 300 MB game may mean deleting a dozen games for my iPod Touch. So it's gotta be something I really want.

i dont even check the size, lol. i usually check the appstore before going to bed, buy all that i want, and there all done when i wake up :) however space is becoming a problem now as i only have like 1.2gb left on a 64gb ipad and choosing what to delete for now is really hard, lol

Ahhh, I could only dream of having 64 GB to play with. I don't put music on my iPod Touch (yeah, kind of crazy, huh) but I still fill up 8 GB and would guess that I probably own close to 100 GB of iOS apps on my PC.

Yeah, I routinely download games up to 500mb using wi-fi straight to my device. Not even an issue for me at all.
