I'm telling you if there is a chance for more jerky I wouldn't stop combing the beaches, he sent me some last week and it was really good! I'm still looking!

A couple of things:

1. I got a message in dutch. Had to go to Google translator to read it. It was a quote by some french dude. I googled another quote by the same guy and sent it back in english.

2. Is anyone else not getting bottles anymore? It was working fine last night and this morning, but now I've ben playing for 45 minutes (sent out probable 12 messages) and haven't found any bottles.

 

I sent like 20 messages without getting any bottles...

The server must be down

Did anyone else have their beach turn to night, when it's day and vice versa?

 

My turtle's broken

 

Yep. Everyone is not alone. I've had no bottles for more than an hour now. I've sent out about 20 bottles and have now stopped.

Day and night on the island passes very quickly. Faster than in real life.

I am sooo addicted to this app. I'm already suffering withdrawl symptoms!

 

Yeah, I think it is random but they should have it changing based on the internal clock.

 

I'm with you on that. Man, it's sad. 24 hours ago I didn't even know this app existed, and now I'm totally bummed I'm not getting any bottles.

Just emailed the developer and got a reply saying they are experiencing some server issues right now. they are hoping that "everything will be back to normal shortly."

He also mentioned that anything sent tonight most likely will be lost. FYI

It's still a great game and I would recommend it to everyone.

Besides, The Turtle Express Delivery Company needs to take a rest.

Speaking of turtles, did you notice that the Turtle acting as your mailbox is actually stuck on top of a pole like a real mailbox????? And by the looks of it, quite happily jingling a bell and shaking its head when you got mail! hahahaha, that's so cool!

 

it's working again..

 

It's a nice app, but the 3D models disappear after like 20 minutes.

 

Not for me. I had a problem with that once yesterday and closing then reopening the app fixed it.

I'm at work now and have had the app open for several hours with my iphone on the desk beside my keyboard and I everything looks as it should.
