It's ok here (6s Plus, too), but I'll check it next time. I don't know if I tap in that zone, though.
I can confirm this, but I've only experienced it in landscape. Haven't had any issues with it though as I usually play in portrait where that's not an optimal place for me to tap.
Seems to be fixed in the new version. Haven't unlocked any of he new Jungle Book characters yet, but they seem to have made some minor tweaks to other charaxters too. E.g. Minnie move less like a statue now. Edit: unlocked Shere Khan. I'm not sure if all Jungle Book characters have lightning strikes in the level, but it looks really good, even if Shere Khan getting squashed by tiny monkeys seems a bit odd. Also unlocked my first of the new secret characters: Spoiler Adult Nala: get hit by lightning twice as Shere Khan

Game resets some figurines's default record... E.g. Felix and Surge Protector have a 6 points default record. I improve it, but the next time I launch the app they return to 6.
The coin collecting was broken before the update now it's even worse Before at least an ad would pop up so you could grab 40 coins from watching it Now no ads show up, restarted my phone twice, played for nearly 25 minutes and no ads I paid $5 for the bonus coins and honestly it's a rip off unless it gets fixed I ALWAYS get duplicate characters the only way I have unlocked a character in nearly 60 tries is by the blue coin machine No joke out of the last 6 days I have only won 1 time And the gift boxes which are supposed to be at least doubled are all 150-185 wtf
Yeah I have 76 characters. Last night I spent 1600 coins and out of 16 characters I got 3 new ones. At this point the vending machine is basically serving only as a currency exchange for pixel points, but I think that the downside of there being so many characters in the game. The ads for coins are pretty finicky. I've had it give me ads after almost every run and then not give me any for hours. Not sure what the deal is but it can be frustrating for sure. It still a fun game though and since my kids also play it we get to compare the characters we've each unlocked.
Ads appears often here, I'd say like in original Crossy Road. But I feel coin machine is not so fair, too. I had 86 figurines before playing my 1849 coins: 2 new figurines and 16 duplicates... Ok, I miss many secret figurines and with 10-11 duplicates I get blue coins for a new one, but the win ratio is a bit low, in my opinion. I see I get this error only in Wreck-It Ralph.
I am playing on iOS I really love this game, honestly, it's probably one of my favorite games Ive ever played on the app store Ive had an iPhone since the iPhone 4 and have spent over $300-400 in the app store this is easily top ten for me Just wish there were actual missions to complete because once you unlock the characters it gets a bit stale I can't wait for more movies Also does this mean the regular crossy road will no longer receive updates?
I was asking Matt Hall via Twitter if this means no more updates for Crossy Road. And He said of course there will be more updates in the future for the original CR. So don't worry. I like this game very much too! There is a lot more to come. All 14 new Secret Characters unlocked! Caution: SPOILER VIDEO!
I think each character's high score should be displayed above each character you've unlocked so you know where each character's HS stands in relation to the others BEFORE you start playing a game. This would make it easier to pick out the ones with a lower score to play, if you like to nerd out and have your characters compete which each other (like I do). At least it's something D/HW could do since there are currently no leaderboards, which still leaves me bum-puzzled. #
Some incentive needs to be added to keep us interested and keep playing the game I would easily pay $5-10 for some kind of story or mission mode
With Mickey Mouse and Grub, too. And sometimes Free Gift timer is resetting. Now I have 145 figurines, I couldn't uninstall & reinstall losing all of those, I'll wait for an update.
Could you confirm it? I'd like to try to fix my problem, but I don't want to lose 143 figurines (I bought Hamm)...
Oh poor me, just realize there is a Disney version! This is a really smart move by them, it works pretty well, and i almost want to buy every character as soon as I can! Great casual game as the original one!
