Yeah, you'll have two seperate apps. But if you wanna transfer your progress from the beta build, you'll have to manually backup files from your the beta build and change the name of them to remove the word "beta", then copy them into the release version and you're good to go
It's weird, I tried doing something similar to that with Junk Jack X through iTunes, but the file transfer didn't work. I guess iFunBox really is the only thing that works
It's strange, because those seem like non-issues, non-existent issues, or sometimes even good things about the game. And you "would have given it three stars." This is a good round up of what's wrong with the iOS consumer environment. I feel like I've played quite actively, yet I keep coming back to the game with almost more coins than I know what to do with. You also don't need to keep scrolling around to get coins. just hang out at the animal pen you find the cutest, and the coins will come to you. And you really, really don't need the encyclopedia. It's more of a tip to the developers.
I think it would be cool to have grades of reward based on the Find-the-Animal minigames. Example - if you are seeking 5 animals and you find them within 10 seconds, you get more money than if you found them within 20 seconds. Incentive to swipe and tap faster!
It works most of the time with JJX, but sometime Jack changes the file format from the beta versions to the release build, so maybe that was the reason. Also, I use iExplorer.
Enjoying the game but wish there was better monitisation options like a coin doubler (a gate house say that you could buy for your entrance).
Just finished the main collection of 1050 animals. Took me a bit less than a week. I did buy a 100 Bux IAP, still have 50, only used to uncover some animals. This was really faster than I expected, even a bit too fast! I have power played it, but not that much. Huge boost was to let the app open on my iPad when I could. So while doing sthg else, I could collect every now and then the rewards of the random events. How in hell will NimbleBit make money if a random casual player can finish in 2 weeks? You're too generous imho I would have dampened the rewards for the random events. Selling your animals to other zoo is a huge bounty, maybe too much. It was fun, I guess I'll collect a few trophies, but not very much to do now apart from waiting for updates. I really liked that, once you remembered the patterns, you could really figure out where the animals were quickly. Thks for this cool game devs Edit : I'm the 134th player to have finished the collection part of Disco Zoo (out of 533000 players, whithout GC cheaters). : Edit Tip : don't try to collect the 25 rare and mythical animals too fast on the few first maps, it doesn't change much. Instead buy the next land ASAP and focus on getting the coins for that. Because you'll start from a very low entry point on the new land, you'll collect more animals and make more coins. You'll have plenty of cash later to finish the rare and mythical animals
I'm currently in a holding pattern with the game. I've completed the Farm, Outback and Savannah collections and just need to finish out the rare and mythicals on Nothern. I really could use a coin doubler.
You should be able to open up Polar by now, right? I found opening the new habitat really helps bump up your coins/min.
I am trying to get the 1 million coins for the last area. Should I sell the animals to other zoos every chance I get?
Agree with Lorena. Also, once you get all your animals maxed (not trophies, that doesn't matter) start an 8 hr disco before you go to bed. You should be well on your way by the time you wake up.
I would say not hard, but not easy either. I have 60 saved up, casually playing since launch. Only time I use it is if I don't have extra free moves and I have a rare or mystical left. One tactic that you could use is to save your free moves to ensure a bux out of an animal search. But I don't feel a great need for them anyways.
I have 85-ish bux. I don't never use them....um, I mean I sometimes use them for extra moves, but not very often, and only for mythicals. I have never used a bux for a disco party, only started them by getting trophies. Tonight, however, I am going to throw my first 80 hr party and when I wake up I will be buying my jungle blimp, and should also have a ton of extra coin to power through some jungle rescues. I also only use the free moves for leveling up mythicals (never for trophies) or looking for bux. Once you start getting trophies, the free disco parties are very nice.
http://discozoo.kashkin.net/ I made this pattern guide more or less out of boredom. Feel free to share it, if you find it useful.
I read that there were caps for the fee to rescue animals. I'm already at 1020 for farm. Does it go much beyond that?
