I have a serious dilemma, DSe have released a new game which like a clone of one of my favourite web games, the graphics look alright.
1 problem, the creator, oh and the fact that no-one has reviewed it.

So what should I do take the risk of encouraging people to crap all over the appstore andwaste my money or hold back.

I don't want you to buy it because I said to, and then have you be angry at me, but if you like that type of game it may be worth the risk. Up to you though, depends if money is a huge factor or not

I considered it before I saw the developer. If you do happen to purchase, plase let me know what you think!

Buy it. It's 99 cents. You can hit me afterward if it sucks

Anything made by DS Effects is an automatic failure. Stay away.

I think this is a good lesson for developers. You can easily get labeled as a poor dev, and ds effects is clearly suffering from people knowing not to trust them. So, long story short, make good, reasonably priced games and you'll be set! :)

Apple really needs to see if they can pull devs like DS Effects off of the app store. They do nothing save for pulling down the very idea of iTouch/iPhone being a worthy game platform.

They make all sorts of virtual animals, and everything they make is slow, buggy, or just stupid.

I've played enough. Thankfully they weren't on my touch, but on a friends. I'd have to burn my touch if those games ever...well...touched it.

Yeah...y'know...putting DS Effects stuff on my touch would be akin to getting molested by that outfit.

Problem with that is that it puts way to much responsability on Apple. There are too many apps to review and they'd get blamed for blocking what might've been good apps. People oughta decide what they want to buy and be cautious.

Yep fair enough. Imagine if you bought them! Now that would make you feel bad!

Wow that is a stong comparison..

That would keep bad apps out. The devs work on the app and resubmit. Fixes everything, and gives the dev team incentive to get a jailbreak for iPod Touch 2G.

I think everyone should buy it. It has nice graphics, smooth animations and high scores.
