Yes, for gold coins, but not necessary. You get them by choosing right answers to scenarios. Haven't needed any of them yet.
Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Dear Comrades! Being a dictator isn`t easy. After more then a couple of years in a row and getting through Dictator: Revolt, Dictator Outbreak and of course Dictator 2 it should be clear that this isn`t something that can be easily archived. Controlling a country or even a hole continent is getting every year harder and harder. While not only the different Region have their unique issues you will also have to deal with their local governments and their different fractionation (Police, Army, Oligarchs, People, Opposition, Mafia) that will make your life a living hell. But here is still hope. Using the resources you will find in those conquered countries you will be able to obtain not only a wealthy lifestyle but also increase your power over those people in one way or another and make sure that you stay ahead of anyone that wants to see you removed from the head of a country while being protected by your own personal bodyguard (if you can afford him!) That will not only make it easier for you to keep everyone happy around you but also play everyone like the damn puppet they are and in the end dear Conrades you will be those that will have the power to do what you want and when you want. Sooner then later Money won`t be a problem and you will literally see it like falling from the Sky if you just tap on your Money-Iceberg that will grow over time bigger and bigger and bigger... From time to time you might encounter an enemy that won`t beg down in front of you but let me tell you something I have experienced on my own... ...in the End you will have the better cards in your hand and crush everyone down till they will bend in front of you and leave their country in your hands. Conclusion: I really like Dictator 2: Evolution. It`s one of those Games full of choices where you have to choose wisely and live with the consequences. The overall presentation is pretty decent and there are here and there small highlights that will make you smile when you notice them and enjoy the Game even more then before. So far I have spent around one hour with the Game and will probably give it a couple of more rounds till I will decide if the Game will keep stay on my iPad Pro or if I will give up my dreams of conquering the hole world with my tiny little dictator...
It's a random set of 10 cards. If you have some card of the newly bought set - those cards will be upgraded to the next level.
Encountered a game-breaking bug. Enemy deployed the Rambo-looking card. It destroyed all the cards on my playfield and one of the explosion animations was caught in an infinite loop. I could slide the cards in my hand all around the screen and leave them wherever, game was broken and wouldn't do anything.
Well written review, but it's about what the game could have been more than what it really is. IAP, timers, dual currencies, ads to watch: it's free to play mechanics rather than strategy. These games are usually free.

Is anyone getting random crashes. Since I updated I'll be playing and all of a sudden the game just crashes. No error messages or anything. It just crashes. It's totally random too. One time I was just tapping the button to invite an audience and another time I was upgrading my bank. Billy
It is one of the best game this year. Good! Developer. And, Hope my few questions below can be solved. Thanks. 1. How to unlock the scenario mode? I keep pressing it and it didn't response and show how to unlock it. 2. Which factors determined the amount of money "earned" or "loss" in an occupied region after each turn? 3. Is that no matter which occupied regions an enemy attacks, only the crosses of reputation under Tyrania region determined the no. of cards I can use in all battles? 4. How many cards total in this game? I bought twice on 10 random cards IAP and got 8 new cards total. Others are rank up. 5. If I promote one card to next level, how that card be stronger? Because I see the no. of attack power in the left bottom of that card seems not increased after promoted. Last, hope developer can add more contents in the future updates. Thanks a lot. Fight on and keep to make good game.
Hello! Thanks for these questions! 1.The scenario mode will be available soon. 2. Every region "eats" 100k every turn. You can increase the income from every region by building banks or oil derricks and getting as many green cross of reputation as you can. Don't also forget about Dictatorial Retirement Fund. 3. Yeah, you have to be sure that it's all fine in your Homeland before start the invasion 4. About 50 cards. More cards is coming soon. 5. If a card was upgraded - this lead to increasing it's stats. It can be either attack power or defence.
Auto battle mode in Dictator 2 Hey guys, In case you didn't notice. To use the auto battle mode you have to tap on the bottom of the screen in the battle mode and then choose "auto battle". Simple Good luck on you dictatorial duty!
Hi, I just noted that: I have completed only 1 daily task. But, after several hours when I play the game again, It disappeared and changed to another new task. Strange, maybe bugs.
I have completed two tasks but the game didn't let me get the bonus. Poor. Please fix it. Also, ensure the card's power is stronger after promoted, cos I have invested 3 times on IAP in 10 random cards. Many cards were ranked up. But still didn't see the cards are stronger when using it.
You can only choose to make a decision for 1 region per turn, no matter how many you control? The upkeep is too much. Abd I was never told about it. 50k per turn, the first oil rig or bank purchase (before it hikes for upgrades) costs 150k... Ugh. Simoly too frustrating.
