Wondering if we can have a Multiple card pack instead of buying 1 at a time. Just had 1200 to spend and it takes a while one by one, perhapse even at a bulk discount price. Also it's a pain in the backside to manage and flip through players for swapping and ordering them. There needs to be better and more ways of organisation and comparison as it is very difficult to chose between so many players.
Just started playing and I like the concept. Lots of strategy involved. Don't feel the need to buy IAP at this point, but I've only completed the first 5 matches. Going into the different events seemed a little confusing, initially. I didn't realize that there where three tabs at the top of the screen to cycle through the different play modes. Perhaps an extra step in the tutorial, explaining the different modes, would avoid this problem. Swapping players out isn't very clear either, although I did figure it out eventually. I think the biggest problem is, when selecting players to swap out, they're not highlighted or anything. Overall, a fun game, and I've never played the original so I don't have anything to compare it to. Will update with more as I play on. Good game
On iPad Air 7.1 the game is crashing every time I try to enter in the Firefox menù after the tutorial
I agree with Ninja I'd completed season 1 before I even noticed the tabs at the top with home and away. Also can all players be earned through play? I notice in the village star and legendary players cost the IAP currency. Can't even see where to get that either! Not that I would during a beta
Is this supposed to say: Episode instead of Season 6? And f it is supposed to be Episode 6, why use episodes to describe the category? Wouldn't it make more sense to call the seasons, tournaments, brackets or something else sports related? Typo: it's supposed to be he'll instead of he'l
The through ball seems to be bugged OR I don't understand the description. I know I've gotten rolls of all ODD numbers, yet the skill isn't triggered. Also, the term Does not apply to single dice is confusing. Does it mean if I roll a 1 it won't count or does it mean my goalie (who only rols ONE dice) can't use the skill?
There was a graphic on one of my shots on goal: it had a thick black arrow pointing downward and one pointing leftward. It all happened so fast that I didn't get a chance to swipe, let alone grab a screenshot. The orientation of the game, makes it difficult to do swiping motions. Any chance of using landscape mode (or is it portrait )? Also, in Pixel People, I believe you could tear open the cards from anywhere in the screen but, here, you have to swipe at the top. Again, the orientation of the iPad makes this cumbersome. Enjoying the game so far, but there's a lot of tinkering that needs to be done to set up your own team. It is a bit overwhelming and new players might find it a turnoff. Still, fun game to play
I think it could overall use a bit more of a tutorial; a lot of stuff isn't immediately clear regarding the basic mechanics for someone who hasn't played the original (i.e. what the dice rolls for each character are). I also agree that swiping through all your character cards is really inefficient; there should be a way to see multiple characters at once. Buying new packs is also pretty slow and inefficient. Too many screens and button presses. The menus as a whole have a lot of jumping back and forth through loading screens which can be kind of a pain. I'm sure that will improve though. I came across one player who had 3 or 4 of those "gain 1 point and then reroll for another number" dice, and it lead to him pretty much racking up 15 or 20 points each time the other team rolled. Kind of annoying and stupid, in my opinion. Minor detail but I feel like the "checkmark" and "x" buttons on pop-up windows should be switched. My instinct is to hit the far right for the accept button. I also agree with some characters' abilities being useless because their speed is too high, so they always go first.
Spelling error should say collect instead of Colect, I also spotted the other that was posted above. As for the swipe motions I don't belive it is that as I've had it a few times and it works fine alone, I've seen a couple of goal animations and belive it's just that.
Should have been on the post above. Also through pass only works if the total from all your dice is odd and that's after everyone used their abilities and only if you have possession of the ball.
This animation occurs, BOTH, when I score a goal AND when the opposing team scores a goal. What I mean is: it's always my own players that punch out the goalie. I'm pretty sure the opposing players are supposed to punch out my goalie and not my own players. Or perhaps my team is trying to tell me something
Love the teaser poster designs! Started playing the game and was confused at first. It took me awhile to figure out the triggers for the special abilities. Also got confused when the same ability has a different trigger on the different cards. Not a biggie, but makes it hard for me to remember what I should reroll. I'm enjoying the game though and have been playing it a bit through the weekend. Have also just discovered the AWAY button and played a couple of games in Career mode but I'm not sure how it works - as in who's the opponent and how is it I can play against the team? Also is there a place to check my current rank? Talking about the AWAY button, I may be the only one who didn't know it was a button, together with the ? button in the banner, or knowing which buildings in the town are which, but yeah, it took me awhile!
Its just some animations for the goal, no swiping needed, unless we decide to go konami street fighter style
I didn't even use that button till today and it does help a bit. But (there's always a but ) it'd be better if you can compare more of your cards, in stock, to the players in the lineup. Also, perhaps showing the whole lineup in the compare window would be better. It seems like there's space to get all the info on your active players, all at once, instead of Offence/Defence only.
