LOL... everyone just has to be a smartass nowadays. :D

13 Stages in each of the 5 Worlds, with a Boss fight in each of the 13th stages... Total of 65 Stages.

Each stage is different everytime you get in them.

Boss fights can easily be replayed for levels and some coinage because they are sitting on checkpoints.

For me, this is by far and away Ravenous' best game yet (and I really enjoyed the LOE series).

Heaps of fun, great controls, upgrades that really "feel" like they make a difference, great graphics etc etc etc.

I bought the coin doubler because quite frankly they deserve the support for putting out such a fun, polished game. As a result, I'm able to buy an upgrade or two with alarming regularity.

I imagine that even without the doubler, you could still purchase upgrades from the merchant pretty darn regularly.

I always buy coin doublers on quality games that offer them. Persistent across multiple devices and often the only IAP needed; although I've bought more at times in the games I love. It seems there is an inverse relationship (for me) between how steep the paywall is and how much I am willing to spend.

Can anyone comment on the difficulty level of this game?

Is it as hard as LOE or their other games?

As bad as this seems, havent had much patience these days for difficult games esp on iPhone

Minor bug: When entering a portal while taking damage, your character will stay red until damaged again.

Quick comment. Looking cool so far, but, playing on IPAD, the arrows and buttons are not optimal imho. So I'd suggest not having an autoscale/position based on whatever settings you have for iphone, but instead work a bit finding the best size/placement for the larger pad.

Well woke up at 3am (baby crying !), after doing the duties i downloaded this. Really like it, its harder than i thought it was going to be which is good really. I thought after one level/stage/whatever you want to cal it you would return to the castle but you have to try and do all the levels of that chapter.

Well worth the money, sounds like theres a ton of content, really enjoyable

Great game but I wish it would run smoother on my iPod 4. Some levels are fine while others will have quite a bit of stutter. Random Heroes 2 runs great on my iPod so I assumed this would too. Guess not.

    *laughs*

Yeah! When my son was a baby, I used the awakenings in the night as excuse to get new stuff myself.
Especially on the night Wednesday/Thursday I always stood up much faster than my wife.
    Typical fathers... :D

Dont get me wrong i'm really enjoying this, i was hoping you would accept small missions to complete etc. I guess i'm just wishing that one day someone will do a game more like Swordigo. This is a 'bit' like this.

I really liked the League of Evil trilogy but i must admit i'm loving this type of scenery with knights etc. Looking forward to the later levels

Can somebody explain how the portal system works ? I can select only lvl 1 right now . Played for about 15 minutes fetched 2 keys and then had to quit because of work. When I returned to the game I could only select lvl 1 again. Do I have to start completely over again or am I continuing where I left? Because the lvls are different each time I can't really tell.

Sounds like you didn't beat level 3. You had to have finished 3 so you could continue on 4 instead of just level 1. You get a new checkpoint every 3 levels and after a boss.

+1 to what Echoen said. Also, you'll know you've unlocked a checkpoint when you've passed through the Travelling merchant. :)

Ok thanks! Good to know that this is not for short quick gaming moments. Going to try to see what happens when I pause and hit the home button, maybe I will be able to continue after that.

That will save your level, exp, coins and upgrades, but you'll have to start on a checkpoint you have unlocked.
