no i don't expect anything from you. I just wanted to let the people who play the game and the developers know that that situation happens at that point. Ok so lets leave it there i don't want to get banned for speaking my mind.
Does the AI now really track you? I remember previously I can just take cover and after a while they turn green.. And I kinda like it this way lol
Can't question the support for this game. I havent seen this level of quality updates from a large developer before
Gameloft comes to mind, actually. They've really improved over the past year and a half with content updates to their games.
Thanks guys! There's lots of people across 3 offices working very hard on making and updating this game, trying to create something special and unique in the mobile landscape. Your comments and feedback are crucial. To be honest, if it wasn't for an active community like you guys, there wouldn't be anything to work with. By the way, keep in mind I'm not an official support person and I'm coming here semi-professionally, trying to help any scanning for potential issues and helpful feedback. There are more official channels available via our support page. Nevertheless, I'm happy to be your direct access to SEE for some of your issues, at least until I'm told to stop . As for AI: They are intended to stop pursuing after set amount of time if they can't find the player, otherwise it'd be impossible to resume sneaking once caught. However, the latest update should improve their reaction to players and prevent them from occasionally not seeing players at all. I believe that right now any previous criticism on that part is rendered obsolete. As for Rockets in the air: That's interesting, can you tell me more as to what did you do, what is happening and how does it affect your playthrough? Cheers! PS: I remember about the turntable, but I'm still on holidays
No problems at all (except for crashing to springboard, probably because of all the music apps which embed midi settings in ios). It extremely smooth...one of the first dual stick style/FPS whathaveyou that is. MC4? Deleted. Too inaccurate. That new(ish) game from the devs behind Star Warfare? Either too inaccurate or the screen turns too fast, depending on settings. Deus Ex plays perfect. A lot of optimization must have gone into the programming.
If you place a mine on a door, and then just shoot the door to pieces, the mine hangs in the air. It's nice for killing angry guards.
To whoever was asking, yes the AI will now actively search for you, trying to flank you at your last known position. I am also wondering, when should we expect something in the way of the next content update in this? Also might there be a way to have enemies regenerate after leaving an area for a while. The current system works fine for the console game, but with a game this short I'd rather have a way to restore enemies to places you've eliminated them, so I can try different enemy encounters over again instead of having to play through the whole story multiple times.
Im pretty dissapointed with the iPad 2 version of this game. It makes my device heat up really fast, which leads to constant crashes of the games. Got my iPad checked out - is doing fine. The local Apple store told me that the game just seems to be really badly optimized, which surprises me, since it comes from SE. This is the first time my iPad has ever heated up, it is weird. And again, I really want to know, whos bright ideas keep sending FPS games to touchscreens, but that may just bother only me... Still a fun game, though its more fun to run around and explore than to actually shoot...
I was going to suggest exactly the same thing. Maybe they could add a "Respawn Enemies" option after you have completed the story or something.
The gangbangers are a little too aggressive; they'll come right at me. Even gang members aren't that dumb.
You mean they are dumb enough to jump at you and die shortly after (probably due to a blade stab in the face)?
I usually use a shotgun for that. The AI across the game is too aggressive. They'll run right up to me. Ans plus, enemies are a bit too tough, especially the gangsters; I shot one in the head, point blank, with a fully upgraded shotgun and he lived. It would be nice if the missile launchers could get a laser sight. I've killed myself many times trying to shoot through a doorframe.
Understood. As for shotgun against gangster, sometimes collision boxes are not perfect, he should certainly die after that shot. I'm pretty convinced any upgraded shotgun will kill a gangster up close in 1 shot (headshot or not). Improving hit detection to prevent that issue is in our sights. As for missile launcher laser sight - I'm putting that into my notes. Good suggestion, thanks!
