Here. Also, SlidetoPlay have posted news on supported devices... The game is universal, will cost $6.99, and will be compatible with iPad 2 and above, iPhone 4S and above, and iPod Touch 5 and above.
Currently reading the Icarus Effect... Looks like now I need to read a little faster. Well at least I finished Human Revolution a couple weeks ago. If any of you haven't played it yet, you really need to. Great game. They're coming our with an updated version pretty soon too that adds a lot of new things, like opportunities to use stealth and hacking in boss battles, as well as an extra rechargeable power cell and improved enemy AI.

I won't be saying goodbye to Nove three since it still has multiplayer, which this doesn't (?). I can't wait though!
This week just keeps getting more interesting! I am all set for Tiny Thief, Isabelle is a complete unknown gift out of left field and now the announcement that this is landing this week has made this a week of great surprises! I can't wait! Now to make a sacrifice to the digigods for space!
Yeah I know but with Xcom and the other big bunch on my device..There needs to be some sacrifices..When shadow run returns will come..WHQ will definitely take the hit..
$6.99 seems like a steal and uncharacteristically low for Square Enix (which are typically worth even the higher prices); what's the catch? Good news about the release. I just downloaded the first two Deus Ex games on PC from GOG to check out these games so will look forward to working my way to the iOS edition. The first Deux Ex has an interesting stealth design but is hard. I missed the initial release of Deus Ex as part of my video game "blind spot" from some years of focusing on "real life" post-college.
I literally told my wife about an hour ago that the price for Deus Ex The Fall was so much cheaper than the usual Square Enix price points. My only conclusion is that the other episodes are already complete, and they are just looking at strategic release dates to maximize hype and attention for the game. If there's at least 4 episodes that'll total $28, which will make more sense for an SE game. Drakerider may be a good comparison for the $7 per episode price point.
Can someone please show me a press-release that proves this game is episodic? I've heard nothing of an episodic release schedule.
This is from Eidos Montreal's original announcement - "The first instalment of the mobile series will be available this summer " I don't get the impression that it's episodic as such, in the same way as The Walking Dead, for example. It sounds like it's just the first Deus Ex mobile game with more planned in the future. I think it was other game sites that used the term episodic based on that line above.
That sounds right. I'm fine with episodes usually, but I prefer not having to wait in between, so I hope the above is true.
IAPs are confirmed for things like extra praxis kits, but nothing that you can't get by just playing the game. And it is launching at a premium price point so it shouldn't feel the need to make these extra purchases mandatory, but I guess we'll see.
Great, so it's not truly episodic. That's refreshing. While I think episodes work well for something like The Walking Dead, which is very story driven, I feel that the lack of continuity would be very annoying in something with more action, as each time you picked it up to play a new episode you'd have to relearn all the mechanics and controls.
