Being responsible is stupid :D I was designated driver last night and man it sucked. I felt taken back to high school.

I had one drink of two shots of Bacardi and rum and THAT WAS IT!

I watched my friends drink their lives away (LOL) and I was at one corner with keys in the pocket. Well it wasn't that bad, I'm just venting for not being able to drink. Hahahah

Tune in next week for a look into the mild annoyance of unsolicited child-raising advice when your kid screams in the supermarket.

BTW - being a DD means you are not supposed to drink alcohol AT ALL - not just a drink or two....

You can still get a DUI / DWI with a legal limit of alcohol - and there are numerous studies that have shown that people with ANY amount of alcohol are not as good drivers as with no alcohol on board...

I saw the most awesome bar fight last night.
Some guy got really pissed and had recently broken up with his girlfriend and was arguing with a friend. He was ex-army and was talking about slitting some guy's throat 'Jack the Ripper style' (that's what he said). He got so wasted later on he stood up and started swearing at his friend, he started walking away when he saw some innocent bystander (could have easily been me, lol) smiling. Of course he took it the wrong way and went up to this poor old guy (probably about 60 years old) and heatbutts him. The old guy then proceeded to fight back after getting up again and they tumbled onto the ground, fists flying, and glasses smashing everywhere. It was actually the old guy who managed to beat the crap out of this psychopathic dude. He just walked away, with the 'jack the ripper guy' lying and bleeding on the ground. The police came and quickly sorted things out. Hopefully the crazy guy wil get a decent amount of time in prison for the gbh (although he was actually the worst off after the fight.)

Being designated driver is fun. You get to see all of your friends act like complete morons.
