Recently installed this on my Husbands device. He's not really into games, he's almost finished Plague Inc and wanted something that didn't require too much thinking, so I thought he might like this. We had a bet on who would get to hole 1,000 first, and the person who loses picks the dog shit up out of the yard for the next two weeks. I made this bet confident in my ability to beat him, because he really doesn't game much, plus I had a 200 hole head start as I'd had the game for a while. Yeah, he's thrashing me, he started playing yesterday and is in the 700s now, averaging at 2.5 shots per hole. If I play alllll night I might have a chance! Otherwise it looks like I'm picking dog crap up
Hats off, Guise. If anything deserves a front page article then it really is this. But then that kinda defeats the point/pointlessness and it doesn't really matter. It's beautiful though. As soon as I'm done with Pac Man 256 I'm back onto this for real. Cloudpuff, check out Andy's score when you get to 1,000 holes. It's beautiful too. Go Cloudy's husband!!
Thank you kindly! I'm rooting for you in the Dog Crap Golf-Off. Cheers! It's definitely a feeling of (non)accomplishment. From checking the developer's Twitter, I learned that someone had reached Hole 34256 (or thereabouts) before hitting a seemingly impossible hole layout. He posted a picture of it, where you can see he'd racked up 4000 or so shots on that hole alone. Now that's dedication and/or madness.
Just bought it This game is the best 2$ i ever spent, i am totally hooked, didnt know how good that game
^what a video. Brought a tear to my eye. Loved the hole where I spied a 30 or 40 shotter. Great stuff, Andy.
Fantastic video, Andy! Great editing with the music and scattered slowdowns of individual holes. To borrow Slam's phrase, proper legend.
