Just wanted to update everyone. Things are going well! Theres a new video showing the new controls, which are mostly complete. I will post an article here and on indiedb soon too Its feeling REALLY good atm, cant wait to get turrets and grenades working!

Looks very neat, with the soliders AI is it possible for orders to be given to the AI? For example if you wanted to keep two soliders moving together rather than selecting one move them and then move the other, you could tell one solider to always follow the other and that way they can move as a fireteam supporting each other?
hi! its very important to move your soldiers as a team, or split into 2-3 teams. However this is not automatic and you will have to give the order to each soldier where to go and when. We want to keep each soldier having importance to the gameplay and encourage the player to spread out the team to cover all points, and not conga line. Another way we are preventing that is including friendly fire for stray bullets. and soldiers not shooting through eachother. However, you will be able to crouch smaller soldier infront of bigger soldiers

Its been a while since Ive last posted, But we have been working hard every day. I have some good news! if we had 10 things that needed doing, 9 are done. We only really need to finish the last gear item, the grenade. Oher than that, The levels and the rest of the mechanics all work, and are all done. You can look around and find that we have a new video showing level 1 complete. Its on IndieDB, since youtube links do not work here anymore. Everything is looking and feeling great! What else is there to say? As soon as the grenades are done and things are checked again to all work, the demo will be ready!
