Love the shot of the crew from the 15th! So am I right to assume it's got more of a tower defense vibe, but with a mobile squad? Or is the stationary soldiers/constant bugs more of a "for show" set up for the trailer
The trailer is currently set in the Ai test level. There is no entrance, no exit (Currently) It just is testing the combat/Ai The game, once its ready. Will have many different levels. Each will have an entrance, and exit, and an objective in between. Such as escort the NPC, or active a terminal. The typical level will involve getting your soldiers from point A to point B, with varying degrees of success. But yes! It is similar to mobile tower defence, where you upgrade your soldiers and move them strategically across the board.
So yea, working on Halloween. As you may know, im still not finished with all the art. So im doing that. Or at least trying to The Ai is being worked on and I cant wait for it to be finished! Once thats done we have a few more soldier related things to do: - Soldiers need to crouch so they dont block each others line of sight - The higher rank the soldier is the more accurate they are. This works, but its not implemented yet. - The soldier also need to run, so thats more animations as well as programming it Thats about it for now, Happy Halloween

I'm sorry to hear that! Good that you're back though! I really like the de that the sort of glow gives the alien growths on the walls. Would it be possible to provide that same sort of glow to the blood splatters?
The difference is emissive glow thats baked onto the level or dynamic We need to keep our frames up, but we will try to have lots of dynamic lights remember, anything is possible! Its just a matter of if it can run on modern hardware
Compatibility?? Hello! I honestly can't believe I am just now discovering this thread! This title looks very exciting and style looks like one of my fav genres. I am hoping that you currently have or will make available through the in game settings...support for IPAD 4 and up. I hate missing out on great games due to being on the cusp of last gen and new gen IPAD hardware Please consider this, as there are many many others in the community in my position and you could either gain or lose many possible customers/players. Awesome! So glad to hear that....still...do that n all...but I got me a IPhone 6 plus now so ah...don't gimp lol, j/k Games like this I would usually rather play on IPAD anyways, and leave the phone for stuff like Pathfinder Adventures etc Any kinda release window or beta time? thanks, Sid
Oh well theres a beta showing whats being worked on, not the most interesting but its there if you'd like to see how it runs etc. We hope to finish soon but life keeps getting in the way

I obviously need to post more Hello everyone! Things are good for us, how are you? We are working really hard to have a demo available soon, however, as always implementing anything new takes a considerable amount of time. As you can see the Ai for the swarm mechanics are coming along. Its just about done, just need to have the doors added to modify pathing etc. I dont know if anyones interested in the nitty gritty details of it but its turning into something spectacular, that much is true. However, im stalling a build to get the doors into the next one. should be done today, tomorrow. Thanks for reading, I always like checking back and seeing comments!
