it looks like a really mysterious, cool sort of a new approach to a style of games. im guessing it doesnt fall under any category of games except its own, which looks awesome! lol
That's always nice to hear! You know your game is original when it doesn't fall under a certain category lol. Ahhh that's true!
I was intrigued with the artistic elements and decided to go for it. I am surprised more people are not going for the big prize for the entry prize of $0.99. Fortunately I loved the game and would consider money well spent. Here is my review on US iTunes under agleung. Good luck with promo efforts and thanks for contest. ----- Physics puzzler with an artistic flare! Visually stunning! Even just staring at the graphics is pure eye candy. The background music is tranquil but the game is by no means boring. Tap the screen to charge a jump. Release to jump. The longer the charge, the further you jump. So essentially you need to charge at the right duration AND release at the right time to jump to the next green platform. Eventually you will make it to the red platform and advance to the next puzzle. The game ramps up its difficulty quickly to provide a challenging gaming experience. With stated 96 levels of bouncing action, I will have hours and hours of gaming. Can't wait to complete the game as it is highly addictive. (5/5)
Reviewed as bemsixtynine in US AppStore. Thanks for the contest! What strikes me as unique at first with DEO, is the art direction, and since I appreciate beautiful visuals and creativity, I bought without thinking much about the gameplay. Well, little did I know, DEO offers a unique gameplay mechanism and its addictive as well. The art in DEO is visually appealing, as it uses heavy brush strokes that is far from your typical clean look of the other iOS games. Reminds me a bit of Street Fighter IV's Sumi-e ink influence. There is a definite dark theme in DEO but coupled with the calming background music, it is quite a relaxing experience for me. Also, there are no buttons whatsoever, except for a small help button, which makes it easier to appreciate the artwork. So, what about the unique gameplay mechanism I mentioned? DEO just uses taps. You have to maneuver the character by jumping on green platforms and ending on a red platform. You tap to control the power of your jump, and once you're satisfied you release your finger. Sounds simple, but its quite challenging, as the difficulty increases exponentially. Did I say the gameplay is addictive? DEO is a pleasant experience for me, great to relax your mind with the aural and visual experience it offers. Recommended.

Finger Crossed , this game is quite addictive and having endless " just one last try " , although it does play well on 2x retinapad but i really hope for a native ipad version, any chance to get it ?
I hope you will seriously considering it , this game is awesome and cute~ HD version would be my wishlist for this app. I dont mind buying another HD version
Agreed. A game with stunning graphics is calling for iPad native. It looks like playing in a water color painting. Actually you should be prepared ahead for possible iPad 3 with HD graphics. lol
