Yeah, I'm thinking I might increase the damage that the Feral Ogre does with his attack. Him not having a counter attack in his base stats is a bigger disadvantage than I had anticipated. I could make the Tentaclid ability a circular template but I really like the look of the ground breaking apart one after the other in a directional wave. It just looks cooler to me than a circle of destruction that happens at one time. With the new movement rules, the line / cone abilities become much more useful for mages. They can now move to the right position up close to the enemy, cast the spell and then move away to safety. All in the same turn. Believe me, the new movement rules make a HUGE change to tactics in the game and very much for the better.

I had a magical boot that let me move, attack and move again. I loved it, until you took it away!
Awesome! That is exactly what we need for the mages leave the skills as is for the overmind then. Maybe it's just the move thing that made it difficult.
Update 1.2 finally uploaded to Apple. I had some technical issues with my Mac that was causing it to fail. Here's something fun. This is a pic of the WIP for campaign level 2 of Temple of Shadows. It's a tavern brawl! There will be cowering inn keeps and maid servants in the background along with other cool details when done. Temple of Shadows Tavern Fight by Rajpreet Dhillon, on Flickr
Honestly, I have no idea as of yet. I'm thinking of having the ads be reward ads that give extra gold so I think most people would be quite happy to see a button pop up that lets them watch an ad for gold. I'd like to avoid ads that are forced on the viewer. For now, I'm just focussing on the game and will worry about monetization later.
So, I have benn bouncing between DR1 on my iPad and DR2 in my iPhone. In DR2, I am stuck on Battle #7. This is the battle with the Two Headed War Drake and a large number of dwarves. I tried making a run at the small band of humans by the house. Setting up a position there and trying to hold on. I get mowed down by the drake and dwarves as I make for the house. I assumed a frontal assault on the dwarves/drake is suicide. Is that a fair assessment? My team is around level 3/4. Do I need to do more quick battles to grind more? Should I continue to make a run to the house for cover? I have Werebear/Demon Knight/Corsair/Huntress/Shamaness/Black Orc Rob
Depending on your level but it likely would be a bad move. I use the demons to try and hold up and weaken the dwarves while my heroes go up to kill the humans with the handguns and their knights. I then typically circle back down to hit the entire, tangled dwarf / demon battleline with area effect spells. This level is hard so you may want to grind and raise your characters' levels by one if you're not able to finish it. You've got a good team composition so that shouldn't be a problem.
This is what I did I used the demons as meat to build AP to spam nice level 6 spells lol. Also wait till dungeon 10 survive 14 turns. That was a tough but fun battle
Yes, after the next update (1.3), I'll shift gears back to DR1 and upload a major update that includes all these enhancements.
Yep ... the vampire knight and blade dancer. Both female melee specialists. The Vampire Knight is fast becoming my favourite character class.
Hey Dev, i found a bug, i think it's on lvl 7. When the boss dragon(?) uses one of the special ability - the one that leaves a trail of flames - the dragon goes puffs!.. i had to quit the battle and resume it from a earlier point.
