Addicted To say I am addicted to this game would be an understatement. Can't put it down! I have also found what I feel is an awesome spot to farm gold. It averages out to approximately 1k gold a minute, EXCLUDING the sale of gear. Hoping to gear out the rest of my team in purple and orange before PLowing through the rest of the game and using the dozens of favour I have.
Not at all. Chapter 4 mission 1 aka mission 16. You have to kill all the enemies in less than 8 turns. On Extreme it takes me about 5 'minutes and the payout at the end is consistently 5500 gold. FYI I am level 8. I guess it would depend on your party composition but if you have some really strong AoE attacks or an ability to increase the number of attacks for a ranged character it's doable. I have an archer who has 6 attacks and a TON of crit chance plus ridiculous range. I buff her up and she murders the enemies from across the map in a matter of minutes. AoE and Melee clean up the rest.
Cool ... glad to hear it. Working on the enhancements to the shop. The store now populates with 3 times as much gear in 3 separate tabs that can be accessed by a drop down menu. Each tab has items of different levels of quality (cheap, medium, expensive). Here's a pic: New Store WIP by Rajpreet Dhillon, on Flickr So when you have lots of cash to burn, you can select the "Premium" items in the drop down list and you'll get a selection of high value items that are close to the items maximum item level and either legendary, rare or enchanted. Wow ... I love hearing all these different strategies and team builds. I'm really impressed that all the different character classes can be really powerful when equipped / leveled up right. Still waiting to hear someone talk about how great the Volcrate is...
He is a total Beast! I love giving him the voidwalker buff that gives 5 extra attacks and extra damage (along with damage reduction). Send him out to a group, slaughter a few enemies and then teleport to the next group to continue the slaughter. He is a staple in my party.
It'll be in the 1.2 patch which will probably land sometime next week. Some super awesome news .... I got the movement rule enhancement working!!!!! So now if you want to move a character to one place, attack someone, then move him again somewhere else to attack someone else, you can! You're still confined by your maximum movement range but you've got much more flexibility and it's no longer like chess where you can only move once a turn. This will have a huge impact on the gameplay and balance between characters. Really looking forward to testing it. Hopefuly, it all works out nicely and it can also go in the 1.2 patch next week.
Dude, that's awesome! I actually felt like it should of worked this way before, but to see it being implemented is awesome.
LOL. I didn't realize that was a bug, I just thought it was part of the game mechanics. Very nice touch!
It was technically always part of the mechanics ... but someone on the DR1 thread questioned why it was like that. I thought about it and couldn't really come up with a good reason. So now (hopefully) it'll be gone.
Hey guys, quick question ... has anyone seen the pop up that reminds the player to leave a review on the app store? If so, is it working? Because I'm not seeing a lot of reviews despite some healthy downloads. I'm worried that the lack of reviews / ratings will cause the app to slide down the rankings. If you haven't left a rating yet, please do. It really does help and does affect app store ranking, which has a direct impact on future sales.
Still in early days of testing but the new movement rules are such an improvement. I had a Black Orc move 2 tiles to finish off an Aeldean knight, then sprint a further 4 tiles to smash into and kill an Aeldean spearman. So much more logical than the previous move once a turn mechanic.
I've left a review as well, however I don't think I've seen the popup asking to leave a review (I did mine directly from the App Store)
Possible bug. I notice my demon knight level a lot quicker than the other characters. I just levelled him to level 10 and when I played another level his experience is already at 75 was this intended for this character or a bug??
Kind of by design, you can get a lot of experience for one character if he kills a main bad guy and such. I'm thinking of changing it though so that when you level up, any extra XP you gain that is above the amount needed to level up is wasted. That way you don't get any carry over for the next level.
