Use empty bottle to collect the water.. U can buy the bottle from gina.. Try to explore the area, here is a tip, the green dots on the map are door that u can go through ^_^

well, but can you show me where it is ? i found all of the door, and there isnt anything call purified water

 

It is in a area where u can see a waterfall with golden sparks on it
When you have a empty bottle, just go to the waterfall and press attack button.

The empty bottle is for contain the water... At Main road of canal 4 u will able to find the garden...it is just upper the canal 4... When u go to the garden u can see smthing like waterfall press the C button to collect the water
