Is that the water dragon? On top of the door, on the floor that the swinging ball hangs from is a button. walk over it.
If you dont want to start over, you need to increase your Hunter Level to level 2. U can do this by doing hunter quests given out by Evan...also, u can calculate loots and turn them into hunter points. Once at level 2, take on the Nagarak Quest and the Kill spider (Buru) quest at the green forrest. They will drop the ingredients needed to make the rock cutting sword.
uhhh . it can be found from the drops of the monster in the desert / canyon location . maselon ? . or something ? . its the mob found somewhere in canyon of death i think . will confirm and update . * UPDATE * uhh . its found at the canyon of destruction 5 . if you havent been there just keep heading upper right and you should get there .

oh right . u gotta defeat zeromash first . then finish the given quest to defeat him . Evan should give you a recipe for Oil. You can find that by pressing the Menu > Collec. tab > Oil Recipe . gather the ingredients needed for the recipe, tap the recipe and tap mix . You should get a bottle of Oil or something . Apply it to the lever that was around Zeromash before. You are then able to push the lever down to open the door .
