I'm using a Mini 2 on 7.1.2 and haven't encountered any of the problems you mentioned. Sorry man, wish I could help but it seems you've already tried all the things I'd suggest.

    *bug report*

Dismissing the menu sidebar by tapping the arrow goes to the dive screen:

However, if you tap the open space to dismiss - the boosts don't appear!

Loving the game btw... when I realised what that 83 ship was - INSTANT NOSTALGIA BONER!! How many hours I spent trying to find that rumoured hidden galleon (that never existed) :haha: #HappyDays

I find that imploring imaginary deities isn't usually as useful as reading the thread...

Thanks for flagging that! We'll add it to our list of bugs we'll try to squash for the next update. Glad you're enjoying the game though :D

Hi Dymonic! Alas it's pretty tricky to implement using the framework we built this game with but as we mentioned earlier in this thread we are looking into the issue and hope to sort something out for a future update :)

Really nice game. Loving it. The wait while the game was pulled was definitely worth it. Such a fantastic little gem that you have got to cherish close to your hearts. Cool game!

I also want to pick up on the references in the game. Loving some of them!

Overall, the game is great, loving it. Unlocked the ghost ship and there is so much to explore! I have one question, is the coin doubler worth it? Would love to gather more coins.

Hi Neruk! The Android version is currently in the works with the hope of launching mid-late August...if you can hold out that long!?

It is if you want to upgrade your equipment, it's the best thing to get early on as you'll be finding lots of loot everywhere and it will boost you up so much faster. Plus it's a good way to say thanks IMO.

I got pretty far without it but then realized that I could have done it eaiser if I had gotten it sooner, all that money would have been doubled

:D:D:D I'm now exactly 5 items away from completing every collection

Fantastic game. I'm absolutely loving it, but am having problems with the mission that requires finding three special locations in one run. It's classified as Easy, but I'm lucky if I find one, no matter how many air supplies I use up.

I have been having a LOT of crashing problems in the game. The first time I started the game, it didn't get past the loading screen. I reinstalled, then rebooted and reinstalled before it worked.

Once I started playing, I loved the game. It is similar to other mining games, but it seems like there is a lot more to discover and the "enemy doesn't move until I do" mechanic is great. I quickly bought the coin doubler in support of a great dev.

However...now the game is crashing again. It started during a dive when I was killing a hermit crab. I got a critical hit, then neither of us moved. Other animals in the back continued their animations...just not us. The path came up when I tapped to move, but I didn't move. I paused to end my dive, and then it stuck at a blue screen (with music in the background).

Now, every time I end my dives (whether from crashes or lack of air), I get a blue screen. I have to quit the app to play again, but now its happened the last 5 or so times in a row. I am deleting (coins be damned) and reinstalling in hopes of fixing the problem because it is such a good game when it works.

For bug-fixing info, I have a 5s running 7.1.2. I am logged into Game Center when I play. I quit out of every other running app.

I noticed that I find these places easier when I'm not looking for them  try going in a left or right direction instead of just going down I found a lot by staying on a level and heading only to the right on some dives or left on others

Really glad to see you're enjoying the game! With regards to that mission you might just be having some unlucky dives, such is the way with procedural generation. Best tip I can give is to focus on upgrading your air tank and start getting those long dives on the go :)

I didn't manage this for a long time. Finally did it by buying all the three star upgrades then burning through extra air tanks after finding a location early on in a dive.

Took me a long time to realise that you have to discover three NEW special locations, too, rather than just visit any three.

    COIN DOUBLER purchased :cha-ching:

I notice that the savestate is lost if the app is swapped out of memory (I'm on a lowly ½GB 4S here ;_; ).
Is it a bug, or a consequence of the procedural nature of the levels?
An engine limitation, or Apple's fault?

Scuba Dive was written to the metal in 48k - maybe you're just not trying hard enough ;) kidding. Love your work...

Hi Jobyn! Thanks for the detailed bug report. Sorry to hear you're having some problems.

Your first issue is a rare bug we've been trying to track down for weeks and will hopefully sort out for a future update. If this happens should be able to go into the pause menu and 'End dive' to get back to the results screen.

With regards to the crashes I have passed the info onto the code half of Monster and Monster who's looking into the issue and sent you a PM that might help.

I've purchased the coin doubler since I haven't got any of the last two weeks' releases. This game looks like Mines of Mars + Ridiculous Fishing.
