One issue with update

Hello, all:

The only issue I have with the update is the Ultimate Kraken achievement. In the game, I have reached this rank; however, this accomplishment is not reflected in the list of Game Center achievements.

Cheers for the heads-up guys! We'll look into this although it might sort itself out after you complete another mission. With any luck it will be easy enough to fix for the next update though

 

Great update. Fixed the issues in my game

 

Got an issue on my first play after the update, went for a deep run, got to 600-700 depth, when my air finished i wasnt take back to the surface, my guy keep stuck where he was, and cant move or open the menu, had to reset the game, didnt get my 2x coins in this run.

 

Just wanted to chime in about the GC Sync, it worked perfectly. Now I can get back to finishing those last 4 achiemements.

 

Yep, same here with the last update, it's a new bug for me.

I did keep the coins earned during the drive (after killing/restarting the app), but no end screen or 2x.

The update ironed out some of the dude freezing bugs I had before on the smaller depths though. I have finished some easy missions I couldn't finish earlier like get 15 pearls!

 

Cheers for the heads-up. We'll look into this today.

Can you let me know if you were collecting 'all' the loot on your way to those depths or simply trying to get as deep as possible (only collecting loot passively)? Might help us rule out a possible reason for deep dives locking-up...

I was collecting most of the loot on the way down after a boost I think, then went straight downat 515m, hunting diamonds 'til 679m
I got maxed air tank and drill in the shack, and used all my 9 emergency air supplies. Also got the coin doubler.
7.1.1 iPad, latest build of Deep loot.

Love the game, even with the bugs, but sure they can be annoying sometimes
My wife saw me playing and is now hooked too!

Just read the thread and I'm thrilled to see you be so open with the development and involved with the players and the TA usual suspects

Wanted to update that the bugs with the science probe thing are still there. I had the game freeze my character from any action after touching one of them. This was not the first one I found though, maybe the third or fourth since the update. Either way, as long as a mission doesn't require them, I'm just going to avoid them from now on. I'm making good progress again on missions and I think I need to go deep and grind a little to finish collecting enough diamonds to buy the last few ships I need and cross off the last few Achievements I needed.

 

Thanks for reminding me about the science probes. Generally they work OK but I reckon there's one type of probe (I think there's 4 or 5 different types) I had similar issues with that could do with looking into.

^ Congrats! Though I wrote my recommendations earlier for loot but I guess they didn't like it since no comment lol... but I still love them.

To be honest, all the devs I've "won" something physically from TA/FB have never sent their gifts. I'm not saying thats MnM but I've just had bad luck where even the big devs said they liked what I did, liked my submissions, etc. but never sent me anything in the mail. Sad.. but I'm glad you got some cool things!

 

Kraken Achievement Still Unreachable

Hello, all:

I still am not able to accomplish the Ultimate Kraken achievement in Game Center, even though I have reached this in the game. On top of that, as per the previous suggestion, I completed five missions, but still, no achievement.

Any other suggestions?

EDIT: I just noticed that you're only about 140 mi (225 km) away from Monster and Monster whereas I am closer to 5250 mi (8450 km) away. So it will most likely take a bit longer for my package to arrive

 

Well we read all the submission but unfortunately there have been soooooo many we haven't been able to get back to everyone. Thank you for submitting though!

We've also yet to compile a final loot list for the content update so it's still up in the air which ideas might find their way into the game

 

Dan will look into this, we'll probably add a little xp catch function in the next update which will hopefully sort you and any other users having this issue out

 

Glad you got the package OK! Just a little thanks for starting this fantastic TA forum thread and helping set the tone of the conversations here. It's been a pleasure to be part of this little community and has no doubt been instrumental in making Deep Loot the mini-success that it is Thank you!

Same here, started with a big boost, was collecting all the loot and after 500 depth hunting for diamonds and using all air supply until the end...

By the way, can I get the TARDIS? Found it twice but it escaped...

 

I have no idea what you're talking about but if something like that 'was' in the game you wouldn't be able to grab it...
