As always if there are any important issues you feel we need to know about please do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks again for your ongoing support! It's helped the game reach almost half a million people and we're stoked that so many people want to see more content. Cheers all! Right. We're now going to take a much needed break for a couple of days to go party in a field, rock out to Leon Hendrix and drink a lot of alcaholic beverages. We'll check back here Sunday night / Monday. Have a great weekend
I bought the coin doubler in the ipad version. When i started the game on the iphone it says I haven't the coin doubler. Do I need to buy it again?
This is probably the last message I'll do before disappearing for a couple of days but I'll do my best to get back to people once I return either late Sunday / Monday morning. Hi hla77! Simply pop into the settings screen of Deep Loot on your iPhone and tap the 'Restore Purchases' button. This should activate the coin doubler for you The plan is to implement iCloud saves in the future so this will hopefully be less of a problem at some point but for now we hope this is a suitable stop-gap.
Can't wait till i can finish the rest of my missions! It should give me a good 30-45 minutes of gameplay then I'll have to wait for the content update
Really liking this so far. Reminds me a bit of Pocket Mine but different enough that they're both enjoyable. Seems to be a bit more depth to this though. If you don't mind me being nosy, what is/was the air depletion bug about? Is it somehow managing to shoot yourself for massive damage? Because it always seems to happen when I'm tapping too furiously when blasting creatures and tap in the direction of the laser. Also for a while I thought the invisible egg thing was intentional. Like it had hatched and the critter had escaped. Funny coincidence that that was the thing with the problem. Also also the name of the Crafty Tug made me laugh. You naughty people.
Had a bunch of crashes and partial lockups today. Nearly every single one was when the science probe was floating around. Many when I touched it while moving.. but sometimes even when stopped touching it locked my character. I think there's a bug in it's animation sequence or something that is changing the state of the character accidentally. Also after the last full on lock-up I used the old circle button to return to the springboard and then double clicked it and got it going again and the game finished crashing completely... so I restarted it. I was frustrated with all the crashing so I went ahead and put my phone in sleep mode and when I came back to the game it had crashed during the startup sequence so all I see is the background with the sky/clouds/sea scrolling away. no logos or anything. Pretty crazy. I had to force the app closed and then restart it. I think until the update hits I'm going to avoid the science probes like the plague. Also... Anyone got a general depth to be looking for the oil rig stuff? It's weird, early on in the game I would see it regularly ... now that I need to see it ... nothing. ON a side note, it seems like when I swim up after starting with a boost... I rarely ever find any of the locations... even if I stop and swim side to side. But if I swim down and then go side to side I find more locations.
Suggestions Wow, what an awesome game. Thus far, in the past 12 months, my three favorite games are Clumsy Ninja, Deep Loot, and Disco Zoo [in alphabetical order, not for order of preference]. What I find common for all three games are an enjoyable playing experience, free-to-play done properly, and developers who interact with the players frequently, via this forum. What would be nice for a future update would be to have a checklist of sorts of all locations. Also, another achievement could be locating Optimus Prime. That was pretty cool. Lastly, is the 2500 coin achievement going to be fixed? This is the one I posted about earlier, where you have to collect 2,500 coins. I completed this, and the status of the achievement is 100%, and yet, I don't receive the XP. Thanks so much, frisbee10461
Oh, also I had a bit of an issue with the Coin Stacks thing. I bought a ship load of coins because I really think this game is worth at least that (also I wanted all those lovely ships), but I don't seem to have unlocked the Coin Stacks option. Is there something else that I need to do first? Thanks Also just started using the Ramona, I see by "some fish explode" it basically means "all fish explode" by the looks of things. Well, apart from Jellies and Puffers, haven't tried it on a shark yet.
Yeah I really really REALLY hate freemium games.. like if 10/10 means I will under no circumstances play or download it at all, I am at about an 8 or 8.5 (will download only certain games, and remain highly sceptical) Anyways having said that, IMO this can be counted with a very few games who have done F2P 'right'. Your game is fun to play, and I dont feel pressure at any point to buy coins, I dont have to worry about timers. Your game is fun to play without sinking in a cent, and you are not even stingy with the coins! Your game is excellent and I wish you much much success so that I might see more games from you in the future.
Thanks! Now I just need to finish that and a couple last missions and I'm going to be very near the endgame. Well other than collecting stuff I won't use. Edit: Ok, now all I have left are the bottom right two fossils and the center terricotta soldier. Any tips? Edit: foud the last terricotta statue at Spoiler 220
How do you use the free air with the Second Wind ship? It seems to still use my air stocks when I use one.
It adds +1 to your air stock when you dive. So say you had 5 air before your dive, you would have 6 when you dive. But if you don't use it you don't get to keep it. Also if you already have 9 air, then you won't get anything from the Second Wind ship.
@Baron: Great to see such a big update submitted. I'm happy "business is booming" so to speak. It deserves the praise. In my opinion (when you get to content updates), adding more collections over more areas would be my favorite. Collections can last a long time to find but then the new locations, as cool as they are, will only last a minute or so after discovery. Well I guess a new floor would be great too but that would be the most work above all. If you need ideas for collections (tbh I haven't completed all mine yet so hopefully they don't overlap), how about Asian themed items such as a multiple katana set or full samurai armor. That would be fun to find. Or you can get weird like UFO pieces or parts of a giant mech robot to spice things up.
This is a rather charming little game! It's sort of like an underwater I Dig It with a bit more character. I love the hand-drawn notes!
Found one of the fossils I needed (Trilobyte I think) at Spoiler 140-180's . Now just the one in the bottom right and all the collections will be complete.
