No doubt. Kepa and crew are one of my favorite indie developers. I might by it both platforms I'll have to see.
Almost reached the end, but not quite. With zero days left to Canada, my lone survivor died in a siege with an error in judgment when I switched out my chainsaw. Instead of raging, I just silently said "dang it" to myself. This game absolutely rocks.
Extremely likely, I think both Madgarden and my games have had MFI support for awhile now. I think it has to have Apple replay. Plus we end up having to figure out the launch schedule around some factors, anyway. Cutting features wouldn't necessarily help us if we're supposed to launch in a specific month for higher feature chance, anyway. It's working now, we went for our usual swipe to move thing, except with buttons for this one. We didn't do swipe gestures. Instead it's tap right side of screen to attack, then little buttons for swap and use/pickup. Paul made it so you can heavily customize all the button position and everything. Yes, but it will lag behind iOS. We handle iOS, then hand it off to Noodlecake for Android porting. Thanks! Yeah buy it on both haha Haha great! Exactly the kind of deaths that I want to happen. I'll post another video again a little later!
Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel No sound in this one because I messed up! All the others will have sound, though. Things are looking up for abuot 3 minutes, then nearly the entire group dies.
I can't be more hyped! Looking forward to playing. Even if I am not playing anymore (waiting for the iOS release), I am keeping a look on the changes that you guys have been doing since the release. What is already awesome is getting even better.
She might be, overall. Thanks! We still haven't gotten to do a big content update yet. We should be able to this month.
Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel After everyone but her died in the last video, Arielle ends up travelling for several days without running into another person. She finds a blowtorch and an aluminum baseball bat in the same sporting goods store, both very rare weapons. The aluminum baseball bat is just like a normal baseball bat, except it doesn't break. This makes it one of the better weapons in the game for low strength characters.
Omg I'm so pumped for this game like.... The minute it drops I'm gonna buy it. I loved the devs previous work. This looks like it will scratch an itch I've had for the longest time. On a side note, I'm so happy whenever I see a dev making a premium title. I'm so tired of iAP at this point, that it's so refreshing to find a full fledged game coming out.. I HOPE THIS DROPS SOOOON!
If only iOS and indie pricing in general were not so bizarre... I really wish things were different. Would drop much more on the game if I could. If fact I've bought 2 steam copies already and might gift some other friends.
My only request is, if possible, to bring cross-save on iOS release, since it would be cool to import already custom-made characters. Even more now that you upped the limit for creation. It is at least as importante as Apple Replay in my point of view and I think many here would possibly agree. Even if people only cross-save between iOS devices, not Steam. If that delay the release, on the other hand, by all means bring the game without the feature. Edit: also, I know you guys have plenty of requests and suggestions for updates, but one thing that I think would be very cool (and not too hard to implement, I guess) is the option of choose "random" when loading custom characters. It would add a lot to immersion.
Release death road on iOS before WS paladin/PC version. I've been waiting so long for that I'm not even excited for it anymore.
Thanks! Yeah cross platform saves seem pretty important. I'd like to look at Dropbox save support for this, like we're doing with Wayward Souls. Mobile price is likely going to be $7, though we may do the "price increase with updates" thing we did for WS. The timing might work out this way. The WS Paladin update will be around the time of the PC version. The PC version is close to done and has been for awhile, but the tricky part is actually finding a good day to launch it. This year (since April or May) has been incredibly busy for high profile PC launches. Maybe we can sneak in the PC launch for late August, right before Deus Ex comes out? Not sure yet, though.
It's a great game on PC but iOS players would choke if it was $10 or more, they would sit on their hands till a sale and say "oh I'll wait till it has MiFi support" or "it's not blah blah blah" You have the right idea for pricing, iOS players are spoiled by sales after the first couple days
Seems likely that we could get away with $7 to launch, especially since the iOS version would be getting several PC updates right out the gate. Then maybe increase it over time with big content updates, like Wayward Souls, until it's $10. Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel This is still the +160% zombies mode playthrough. One more video after this. In this video, Arielle plays with fire and barely survives. She finally finds another person.
