Death Road to Canada - From Rocketcat Games/Madgarden

I've been posting news to facebook and twitter, including video. We've been wrapping up work on save states and the character creator. I've also been adding more content, like locations and events.

Soon we're moving onto balance and polish. Midway through that, we'll probably get Testflights out.

 

It'll be similar, though we'll probably do buttons instead of swipe gestures. So more like Mage Gauntlet there.

Here's a fairly recent video. We've added a lot of location types to the game. Also different mission types. The video shows one where there's a car parked outside a location, and you can find the keys for it. This can also happen in different areas, so mission types and locations can be mixed and matched.

Not shown: Someone with high mechanics skill can just hotwire the car, letting you skip the entire key hunt if you want. Or you can just ignore the car because you like the current car, but still go into the junkyard to try to find loot.

Don't know yet! We were hoping end of 1st quarter, but it may did into 2nd quarter due to balancing and such. When he have a solid release date, I'll let everyone know.

Also, will have news about a testflight beta in this thread if we do one. Need to work out the details. At least it's a lot easier than it used to be.

 

There's a personality type in the game that lets you tell people to "cool it" or "say it don't spray it". This is almost always a huge mistake to actually do, but the option is there.
