Learning a ton of stuff from the PC feedback. Thinking of changing how the location rerolling works so it's more of a choice of locations, and later on even a little map. Picking forks in the road and such. Taking a "break" today to look at stuff like this haha. Also probably thinking more on what we want to do for a contest. Still thinking it'll be something like: 1. Get the PC game 2. Switch to a special password protected version of the game on Steam. It would have a special challenge in it for the contest. 3. Name your character after your forum name for the challenge 4. Post a story and screenshots of you winning the special contest version And that's it. Those are the plans SO FAR though, could change.
Your contest completely destroyed me last time so I'm going to sit this one out. I will just pick it up on release.
Nobody likes a difficult contest Kepa! How about randomly selecting 5 people that have posted in this thread and add them to TestFlight, done. Spend the time getting the iOS release ready... Not elaborate contests!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
PC in the generic sense, ie, Personal Computer. Death Road to Canada is also available on Mac. http://store.steampowered.com/app/252610/
It won't be that elaborate. Plus making a post is way too easy. I want to get people in on the Testflight that will actually have some dedication to playing it.
I'm up for the challenge, sadly I haven't made it past the Canadian border made the mistake of having the Jason character in my group and he slowly killed off my Rambo guy and everyone else leaving him to face the hordes alone he put up a good fight though Anyway I'm ready to jump through any flaming hoops you got prepared
Well I am pretty anxious to play this so I just may have to boot up my Mac and purchase it in steam. (I would rather just give you 15 dollars for a TestFlight invite)
I'll try to not make it impossible! Just enough to weed people out. I kind of want people dedicated to playing the game, or else it doesn't help us much. Plus a random draw just isn't fun. Probably something that's at least a short challenge.
Yeah... If I could play this on mobile, it would probably literally be the only game I would play. I want to play it on PC or Mac, but I don't have a computer. My little brother broke the TV. This game looks awesome. It's certainly one of those very few mobile games I would stay up ALL night playing. It clearly has a ton of replayability. I've watched a bunch of YouTube videos on it and it looked really fun. I absolutely love Wayward Souls. I've stayed up all night playing that. I literally probably have over 200 hours of that game. I'm dying for the Paladin update. I love your games. If you're looking for someone with dedication, then I'm definitely one of those people. Sorry if I sound like I'm trying to be better than everyone else, I'm just saying that I'm a hardcore marathon gamer, and trying to say that I'd love to test this game! I'm good at finding bugs and glitches too. I reported a ton of those to Taco Illuminati when I tested their game "Looty Dungeon." I would even go so far as to do a ton of chores to earn some money to purchase this game, even if it was like $30. There's just simply not enough YouTube videos to quench my hunger for this game. I want to try it myself.
I've been keeping up with the kickstarter for almost 3 years, release date after release date. I don't mind another couple of weeks. You always helped me via twitter and have just plain amazing standards as a dev. Take your time Kepa
