I entered the contest and haven't bought it yet. I also haven't received a message saying that I've won but I'd at least like to know that the twitter contest has ended.

Great game - 2 suggestions Hi, I bought this game and I reckon it's a lot of fun. I agree with those who have said the controls are a little hard to master - but then again, I'm not very good at racing games. Two things I'd like to see (the first is one that many others have also listed): 1. A map, or some kind of indication as to what the track is going to do - I frequently turn into a dead end or steer in the wrong direction at a critical turn (having said that, it could be that I'm just a bad iOS driver...) and 2. Does anyone else wish they could have missiles *and* the gattling gun? or any other combination of the available weapons? If that would introduce challenges in terms of the controls (e.g. how would you alternate firing of either weapon) then perhaps the standard machine gun could be upgradable?
I won too. I sent them a @ reply saying I can't reply to the DM unless they follow me. Then I thought screw it and sent them a @ reply with my name and email and I still haven't got anything. So we'll have have to it tight for a little bit.
On the first lap(it seems) that there is a steering aid around the car. Its a little arrow that shows you which direction to go... I didnt actually notice that until now after I have completely beaten the game and memorized the levels..
No actually it's an arrow showing which direction you are pushing on the virtual stick. Try doing a circle and you'll see.
Looks like this is true. Didnt really pay attention to it, since it points in the direction im driving I assumed thats what it did. Now the question is why would they add that when it really doesnt do anything. Its not like you dont know which direction you are trying to go..
I am waiting as well. I know they are aware of the direct message issue, but I haven't heard anything today about how they are handling things. I know that they have my info as well, so who knows? I have plenty of other games to play, but it would still have been nice to try it.
Yeah, I was wondering about that. I sent them a standard tweet and sent them a message through their web site, but so far haven't received a response. Any other winners receive their free copy yet? Just read the rest of the responses - sounds like no one's received theirs yet either. Here's hoping to get it to play this weekend...
Even without getting to play yet I already have one suggestion that i hope gets implemented. Add a brake button. I don't mind the constant acceleration, but a brake button would add more strategic options.
Game Impressions This game has the potential for me to love it, but so far, I only like it. I think if the game is regularly updates with new upgrades/cars/tracks and multiplayer, it has the potential to be one of the best games on iOS, and make it totally worth the investment.
Anyone get to the last 2 fame levels yet? I'm at the God level which comes when getting 1,000,000 fame points. Been playing some more and now have 2,500,000 points and have yet to get the God of Gods level, let alone the final level "The 42", whatever that means. Anyway, curious what point level those 2 take to get? Also still am listed on Game Center in almost dead last in fame with 263 points, which is kinda annoying, when I should be fairly close to the top I would think. There are 2 broken achievements also (use every weapon to destroy an opponent & destroy all 5 cars in a race). I have 54 right now, should be 56 just needing the last 2 fame levels, which I doubt I'll play long enough to bother with...
Having played this game non stop since release I can assure you - there is no need for a break button! current control scheme is perfect.
