DR 1.6.1 Update

Crashing bug from Death Rally v.1.6 was hunted down quickly after release and 1.6.1 was submitted to Apple - unfortunately update process can be slow and 1.6.1 has currently status of being "In Review". Lets keep our fingers crossed this fix update gets released soon and we can all continue playing the game. We are extremely sorry this one slipped through our testing. I hope you continue enjoying the game!

Woohoo! Just got the latest update, it works! (yay)
But now there's an fps counter on the bottom left of the screen...

 

So we finally got an arena, and it is all kinds of great!

At the risk of nibbling a tad too hard on the hand that feeds us, can we now have an event in that same arena with plenty of cars, chosen randomly like a normal race?

 

Great update, game seems more stable now, but that fps counter has gots ta go.

I'm guessing the devs forgot to turn it off before cooking their release build.

 

Another update coming up to remove the counter I hope. Its great that devs jumped in so fast to fix the issue. Kudos.

But finally I can continue playing my favorite action racer. Thannnks!

 

One of the best driving-killing games, with amazing graphics, a must buy. An arena mode to it would make it even better. Good luck.

 

Well, this is embarassing...

FPS counter has to go... and it will. We submitted new build to Apple early this morning. Update 1.6.2. coming up. Thank you for your patience.

There are some plans to expand upon this established Death Match mode, but you will see when the time comes!

 

are there plans to include multiplayer?

 

Such plans were voiced before the release, from what I can recall, but since then, nothing solid.

I will wait, and see, and most probably be delighted

 

Any idea when the new update will come out to get rid of the FPS?

 

1.6.2 is out since yesterday.

 

I hope version 1.7 or later will bring multiplayer. I love Death Rally, but haven't opened it in days as I am too lazy to collect Monster Truck parts...

 

I beat the Adversary and earned some titles, but the game still go on. I thought I would have finished the game after that? no? now what should I do?

 

this game has some awesome graphics. Its going to be even better with multiplayer

 

I can only imagine an Online multiplayer with this game where at the start of the race, everyone is on reverse cuz the one in front would surely get fried. lol
