Great game. I'm having a lot of fun so far. My only real complaint is that I have no idea what menu icons mean. What do stars mean and everything? They all seem to be the same difficulty...
I'm at the top of fame and 100+% progress and I still haven't played this NEW level. How does one get to play on it??
Ehh, I posted yesterday that I kept getting the All Nitro Challenge over and over (nothing else) after the update, but the post is no longer there... Anyway, after about 5 times of getting it, I started getting other challenges, so it's fine now.
its a good game despite the control. i have no problems regarding the control, but i hope in future, there will b more cars and weapons. i have unlocked all the cars/weapons..
Heh, yeah, I think that was the point - they're way overpowered. Besides, there isn't really anywhere to go - the road is blocked at both ends. However, once you get your cars powered up, you can go back in to the prelude and last a bit longer... But you won't really want to - there're a number of other races to do and things to unlock. I just got the marathon and adversary challenges - a bit more epic than the others. That marathon was pretty grueling playing at 1am in the morning...
I'm confused about the menu icons. I saw two stars on the first race so I assumed it was my rating. I went back into the race, destroyed the boss, and came in first, and the stars disappeared and were replaced by those weird arrows. Could someone explain this stuff to me? Not knowing these types of things bugs the hell out of me.
The stars are the difficulty level of the "challenges." The arrows are the difficulty level of the regular races. Your "ratings" are the fame and progress bars on the edges of the screen.
So are the levels changing every time I leave a race? Because the order of the levels and everything keeps changing. I wish the game would make more of an effort to explain this stuff.
How long did it take for you to complete the marathon? Think I'll have to reserve some time to complete that race.
This is killing me... I want something to buy my time but I have 3.00 left on my gift card and I've been waiting days to buy bug heroes.... I'm trying to stay on budget when I looked back at all the .99 purchases I made over a few months I was floored with how much ive spent on apps.
Only problem with this game is replaysbility. Bug heroes offers up so many different playstyles and strategy I got months of play hours a day before I got burnt out so to speak. I worked my way to number one and was quite the accomplishment. I can see done with this game in a few days.
I bought this yesterday, and after having a lot of fun with it i decided to have a run with the race and lap records. I focused on veledome and managed to get up to 12th on the leaderboard, 5th without those annoying hackers. That said, I'm really enjoying this game
the zoom level is too high, makes playing some maps really annoying. edit: especially zoom thing is not working on refinery map, just awful. controls are ok but the driving dynamics and physics are just meh.
