    Hello!

    Based on the beta 1 feedback I am working on the features bellow.

    Already implemented:

    * 2 extras enemy types: Goblin Archer and Ogre.
    * Mini map to better explore the dungeon.
    * Additional attacks instead of just one sword attack. Now it is also possible to move while attacking.

    In progress:

    * OpenFeint achievements: amongst other things, starting just with the fireball and unlocking other special attacks as you progress.
    * Multiple levels: ideally will launch with 10 levels.
    * Include more sound effects.
    * Loot to collect.

    Hello all,

    More than 2 months after the beta 01, here is beta 02!
    It is pretty much the final 1.0 version, where I will just fix major bugs reported by you all before releasing.

    If you want to test this version, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the following information:
    - Device ID
    - iPod or iPhone model
    - OS version
    - games you did beta testing

    I am looking for persons that want to do a full walkthrough on all 8 levels.

    New in this version

    * 8 levels instead of just one.
    * 2 new enemy types: Ogre and archer Goblin.
    * New or improved sound effects.
    * Mini map indicating where enemies are and if room is cleared or not.(turns black)
    * Loot to collect: chests.
    * Red orbs dropped by enemies to recover energy.
    * Special powers unlocked as you progress, based on total kills.
    (on this beta they get all unlocked very quickly, with 10 kills. But will need 200 kills to unlock the last one on final version)
    * Special power buttons reorganized to have all 4 options at once available.
    * Player and level selection screens are basically the final ones.
    (except that levels will be blocked until you complete the previous one)
    * New playable character with 3 different special powers: Female Warrior
    * OpenFeint achievements and 2 leaderboards: "Most Kills" and "Gold Collected"

    Instructions

    * Use the virtual joystick to move, sword button to attack and shield button to defend.
    Special powers will be unlocked as you progress.
    * Collect chests and unlock(buy) extra female character.
    After collection 40 gold(2 chests), go back to main menu to start a new game and select "Unlock" option on character selection screen to unlock her. (will cost 4000 chests on final version)
    * Collect red orbs to recover energy.
    * Clear all rooms in the map to open the green gate to next level.
    (unlocked by default in the beta version)
    When cleared, rooms will turn into black in the mini map.

    What I am looking for as feedback:

    1. Do you enjoy playing it now, after the changes implemented?

    2. Is there anything that you still do not like?

    3. Did you find any bug? Please describe the steps to reproduce the bug.

    4. How is the frames per second on your device?
    Please confirm your device model and OS version.

    5. Any crash? The last 3 levels are using a lot of memory, so I am particularly interested if you can run these levels with the Warrior and Female Warrior without problems.

    Known issues:

    1. Splash and help screen not implemented

    2. After the 8th level, I will implement a simple "The End" screen.

    3. Main menu music has a "bip" because is not the final version.

    Best Regards,
    DD Team

    really nice looking game.
    what I see from the video, is that magic makes more damage than melee, am I right?

    The character looks like a warrior, and honestly I may be more interested on waving my sword than using the spells. Just my opinion :)
