I made this video as long as I could for helping purposes.Else it would be boring. Will make future gameplays too.
Now I'm on "7.1.1" (funny, now the AppStore has the iOS 7 design) and I'm downloading the 0.2.1 update. I'll report how it plays. EDIT: it works! This confirms that the game doesn't have to be iOS 7 compatible due to controller's API or whatever. People with jailbreak can fake the iOS version of their device and download the app, and they will be able to continue the campaign without having to install iOS 7.
The problem is the gunsmith doesn't show up after the toolbox mission. Did you find a way around that?
I'm glad they did timers instead of premium currency. I currently have and M-16, and Ithica shotgun, and my Hideout is tech level 3
Pretty much this. It's Dead Trigger 1.5. Seems like they haven't heard criticism directed at the first game. Oh well.
Taking ages installing on my ipad 4. Downloaded about 15 minutes ago and shows installing but is so slow. Got plenty of space. Fifa installs quicker than this.
No its no good. Agree with the reviewer 4/10. Guns don't have a real feel to them. Too much concentration on graphics. Played the first Dead Trigger to death loved it but not this. No way. Deleted. Not half as good as the original. Beefed up graphics and some story elements can't compensate for great gameplay.
Actual gameplay feedback: Not much different from DT1, and that's a shame. There really isn't much depth to this, again boiling down to a collection of mini missions. If you're new to FPS's on iOS then this is a good starter game, but if you're weaned on more complex and story-driven experiences then you might want to give this a miss. Shame as graphically it's a beautiful game--one if the best on the platform I think. Graphics: 9/10, outstanding. Gameplay: 5/10, very average.
It's pretty much just a slightly prettier Dead Trigger, but I think the first game is better if only for the simple fact that you CANNOT PLAY DT2 unless you're online. That's my biggest gripe so far. Everything else seems okay- expected but okay. I just wish there was more to this game, but at least the new zombie types mix it up a bit. But the always-online really bites.
Meh. Game is alright I guess if you like auto shooting. Biggest gripe of iOS 7 I have is that it takes forever for my devices to recognize my router now. Before I updated to iOS 7 it was pretty much instantaneous now I have to wait at least a minute or two and sometimes it doesn't recognize my router at all and I have to restart the router. Don't know what they did but they definitely messed with it.
I agree 99% (only disagree with MC4's ragdoll effect being that good). You only forgot to mention the freemium aspects like timers and dual currency.
In order to play Dead Trigger 2 on iOS6,you need to : 1.Download the game on PC 2.Go to Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications open the .ipa with WinRAR. 3.Open Info.plist 4.Edit "MinimumOSVersion" 7.0 to 6.0 5.Use iTunes or iTools to install the ipa. If you have a jailbroken device you can play dead trigger 2 on ios6 in 2 different ways: Fake your ios version from 6 to 7 download game and play game or, Fake your ios version from 6 to 7 download game and edit minimumosversion 7 to 6 and return your device to ios 6 ,play game. I'm currently playing the game on ios6.1.2 and the gunsmith has appeared Good luck!
But back to dead trigger, the story is really short, I'd assume they'd update and add more missions in the future and everything else is okay. The IAP's and timers haven't really hindered me, there's actually a few things to find. Other then that it's not bad.
So I played a little, got past the toolbox without issues. @the one who posted my method from my youtube video,at least could give rep.But hey, these days stealing and not giving rep is at common.
I have ios7 got thru to where you have to optionally add your email if i do or dont it says authentication failed. If i can not get passed that i would say that app failed. Ant help out there?
