I'm on a contract plan and I have to be very careful with my data allotment or it'll go over very fast, happened to me once. I recorded one day of wifi usage and it was around 5 GB.
I know Madfinger does the bullshark Tegra exclusivity so that would hinder graphics on all devices without Tegra 4 SOCs.
DAMMIT!! I'm really annoyed about the painkiller upgrades. They're completely useless!! After 2 upgrades, it just heals 20 hp and they cost so much and take so long to produce for no extra advantage. Mine's on Mk 5 now hopefully this'll get fixed soon..
I really enjoyed the first Dead Trigger but the fact that you are required to have an internet connection ruined this sequel for me. Just to clarify, the ONLY reason that an internet connection is required is to force players to actually WAIT FOR TIMERS or be forced to pay. When I realized this I lost all respect I had for these "developers." When a "developer" chooses to add timers it shows that they no longer care about the quality if their game, but instead are focused solely on profit. The fact that they have to police players from cheating timers IN A SINGLE PLAYER GAME is just sad.
I agree mako, and graphic intensive games that acquire a constant connection... Destroys your battery power. All that + timers... Smh
Actually you are totally wrong... Game is online, because we want to build a lot of features around it. This release is version 0.2.1, so its only beginning. Second reason is cheating, because a lot of player trying to post fake results and everything is controlled now. Third reason is that we can tweak gameplay in matter of seconds (which we are doing and game should be a easier now, for example) Timers are there, because of design (and yes, we are using it for monetization). If you want to finish game in 30 minutes, you have to find another game. DT2 design is about playing for very long period, releasing updates with new content, new goals and new story, etc.. So for example we are finishing bugfix update now.. In November, we will release bigger update with new gameplays, several melee weapons, friends, etc... In December we will move everybody to China and of course add new features.. We want to introduce Arenas again, slot machine, challenges, daily Rewards.. We are working on most requested feature since DT1 Its like releasing new game every two months.. And as monetization. You are paying your hard earned money only if you want to skip something. Every weapon, gadget, mission, character, sound or animation is free in the game.. And we are not forcing you to skip something or buy blueprint sooner. There is not paywall or anything like this.. Yeah and sry that you cannot cheat in our game.. Best Marek R.
Yeah, thats because we are not able to use any apple device, before release.. We have to wait , then buy it, then test it, then submit update, then wait week and then release it.. Fix will be in update which will be released next week.. Now its running on low details..
Really, really, REALLY hoping those "most requested features" are actually the most requested features, like a genuine single-player mode with an actual story of some kind... Fingers crossed. DBC
Mad finger Too bad you lowered difficulty at level 30 it's too easy with high powered weapons with tech of 7
Ok so the recent changes were lower zombie health and lowered the difficulty of The American campaign? So what did u actually do? Lowered the times and spawn rates?
I disagree completely. Anyone who has played DT2 for even a couple minutes knows that it definitely is not lacking in quality. The gameplay is smooth, graphics are beautiful and it has one of the best control schemes of any mobile FPS I've ever played. The developers choice to implement timers in the game actually adds to the game rather than harms it. The timers make the game more realistic because in a real zombie apocalypse you wouldn't be able to just skip over time in between fighting hordes of the undead. The IAP system is actually quite fair and there is no point in the game where you are required to pay anything. How could anyone complain about that? Allowing players who support them with IAP to progress faster is just the developer's way of saying thanks. They need to make some profit of they're going to continue to make updates to this and their future games. It's only right that true gamers who actually want to help the developer take their rightful place at the top of the leaderboards.
WOOOHOOOOO this game is going to be FCKNG AWESOME! ALSO plz post this on your FB page so people can calm down and don't spam your wall with offline comments. Keep up this great work. I support you all the way .)
I honestly stopped caring after the second day of release. I started playing N.Y.Zombies 2 again. I hope Foursaken makes a third, because I have quite a bit of suggestions. But it sounds like the game will run on iOS 6 on the next couple of updates. And other cool features.
