And yet........ And if you were a developer, you'd probably "brown nose" Nvidia as well. Or Apple as some do.
Yes. I probably would, I'll be totally honest with you. But that doesn't mean that it isn't annoying to the consumer. Just like if I was in the farming business, I'd use chemicals. I'd really have to to keep prices low and grow enough. But the consumer isn't always pleased. Sure I accept it (the chemicals, developer brown nosing, whatever) but I'm still and always will be annoyed by it. Yes it sounds hypocritical, I know. But I'm still annoyed. Does that make any sense? My resolve not to post anymore in this thread is quickly weakened
Your whole comment implies that, if not, what was the purpose of that comment? You're going into a loop. It makes complete sense.
Huh? Did you even read his post? He said nothing about who is allowed to post opinions and who isn't. He didnt say who's opinions are worth more and who's aren't. All he said was that all reviews are subjective and only state how the author feels about the game. What loop?? There is no loop he's going into.
Do you understand what "to imply" means? You do not need to write something, in order to show it. Plus I never said he forbids opinions, I said he's complaining about people's opinion on another opinion? Seems an attempt to protect the mentioned review (which is an opinion) against opinions themselves, that's what I'm saying.
There was no implying in his message. If it was though, he implied the opposite when saying that opinions and reviews are subjective and work of one single author. It rather means that anyone can write opinions about a game. I can't see how you got exactly the opposite of his post... I'm not trying to argue here, I'd rather discuss.
The entire point is there's no moderation in anything. Instead of "I don't agree with this review, I actually like this game quite a bit because ___________." It's taken to absolute extremes of "TouchArcade is wrong, their reviews have no credibility." I just... don't get it. I can't even imagine what it's going to be like once these people get a little older and are debating politics.
You are right about that, lol I try never to discuss religion, politics and just in extreme cases, sports, those are masochistic requests. I'll stay on topic now, sorry to drag this off-topic topic for so long.
Nothing new, just some more footage: Dead Trigger 2 gameplay on the NVIDIA Project Shield "Coming Q2 2013, Dead Trigger 2 will be free to play" Madfinger Games Marek Rabas Previews Dead Trigger II On NVIDIA Project SHIELD From MF twitter: "we will be at GDC too and with more advaced version of DT 2 so lets meet there " GDC is taking place March 25-29 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, CA.
Thanks for that. The second link in particular had some interesting stuff in it in relation to the platforms.
Hi no need to thank me, also i don't know how legit this is but here it is: "Details are skimpy, but we know that it will be free-to-play and that it will be available sometime in June, close to the one-year anniversary of the original."
Anyone know if there will be new in game music or will it be the same music featured in Dead Trigger?
It does look really good, but it seems like it controls a little more awkward with the physical joystick than with the virtual controls in the first game, at least while aiming, it also looks like it has a little aim-assist.
I imagine other devs looking at this thread saying "why cant my games get this much attention or controversy?"
Let's take a bet. The full release is in over 5 months time at the very least. No way you're gonna keep away that long!
