No offense Psychos interacive, is your "sponsor" and new source of income the ads? I don't mean to offend, but back in the day when this first came out, I am pretty sure there were none. You don't have to reply but, I'm just saying.
I personally Do NOT like the adds in the way While i am playing, Specially since I've bought it on day one. They should have released a free version AD version and kept the payed one AD free. If the next Multiplayer update does not remove these ads I'm going to me removing this game from my iphone And again it's not that I mind ads in a game, It's that I can't stand it while I am playing.
A little sneaky are we? Cheeky move changing the "multiplayer update coming in the first week of April" to "multiplayer coming in the month of April". Lol

Like, John goes mental and suddenly a zombie gets shot and bam, over... Did they even make it to the hospital? We are now having some issues with the new Apple TOS 3.3.1 not allowing third party layers on any iPhone application. We are using mono and his C# framework and that's a problem with the new TOS. In other words, Apple do not want games written in any other language than C/C++ or Obj-C. And C# is the main scripting language of the engine we are using. As you provably know Apple just banned flash from iPhone OS. They are going to ban other middlewares, specially those that have cross-platform capabilities as the engine that power Dead Strike. It is a shame, we were about to release a working co-op update Dead Strike and a big Forgotten Memories demo thus now we have to wait. I'm just trying to let you know before that badly news strykes. Its gonna hurt pretty bad. Not only iPhone game developers but also iPhone middleware devs and even customers. Perhaps we don't have any other choice but to wait for the final "Apple" word. We are quite confident that the engine that we use, will not get banned. However, to be in compliance with the new TOS some change have to be made, for example, rewrite the parts of the game made in C# into C++. Thats not a problem it will just take a bit. We are going to release quite soon a Forgotten Memories demo but not for the iPhone, on the Facebook, for free, you will have the exact same features as the iPhone version, same graphics, same shaders, same features, same game as in the iPhone 3GS. Once this thing get a bit more clear we will upload the Dead Strike updates and Forgotten Memories demo. In case you are already worried about the new Apple TOS, "dont worry", you will have the Dead Strike updates and Forgotten Memories game on your iPhone soon or later! Until then, Happy Waiting. I just picked it up today. That sucks that the update will be awhile. I just want to be able to have alittle more action. In one update they said inside buildings. That will be wicked when it comes. I would hate to see this die again like in the past. A lot of games will be either delayed ormore likelycanceled if these new terms play out the way they seem to be. Some middleware simply has no practical alternative. My own iPhone game may never be released at all due to these terms. Fingers crossed! And thanks for keeping us updated. Good luck! Maybe go as far as flash games, but not c#, WTF? By the way, bioD pwns, smae with def chron, and I've heard about wesnoth, but I've never played it. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
