Hi guys, Its me again. I have a very good news. The final version of Dead Strike (coming in December) will include the Major visual and extra features patch,Yes! Take a look to the new final extra features: Extra Final version features (1.0): Available in the App Store, late December 2009. Extra animations: For animated characters and zombies. Means extra bit of realism and immersion. New particles effects: Better quality real-life-like ones. New blood textures ( for particles effects ). Eg: Shots will be even bloodier! Blood splashes on the ground, spec a lots of blood, Rated 17 btw, hope you are not a kid lol, cause there will be a lot of blood. This patch was a blood replacement patch at first, called blood patch, but we jumped into it to add more stuff! This update will also bring huge features to existing levels and make progression inside of it less linear! More open worlds: street levels less linear, go wherever you want, getting into dead ends, closed roads, etc. Exploration: Woot yes! try to find items, ammunition, memos-messages and even money! Perhaps, you will have to make decisions on street corners, taking the wrongs ways will lead you to a possible closed roads and a big waist of ammunition and items! But if you are lucky enough, you will find items, ammunition, memos-messages and money, kind of reward! We fixed few grammar/syntax bugs about the English translation of the game! Really looking forward to this, but I'm a bit confused with where you are in the process. I though you had already submitted the game to Apple. Is this new version an update to the one currently being reviewed? Or did you decide to pull the reviewed version, add those new features, and resubmit? If the version available in late December is an update, why is named 1.0? [Edit] Just checked out your website and I think I understand now. So the version coming in late December is 1.0.1. Is that right?
please let us go in the buildings to find weapons, ammo, money. also we can use the door to block zombies and shoot through to make a hole to shoot those mother freakers! even though your sequel will let you go into buildings, i would say that if this has let you have the ability to go inside buildings, jump, it would be the bomb!
About the 1.0.1 version: It was at first a minor version ( blood patch and visual fix improvements). But we decided to jump in and add extra features to enhance the gameplay experience even more. So the 1.0.1 version became the first major version 1.1 and the multiplayer version became the second major update (1.2). Then, we canceled the current version due to some English localization translations bugs and decided to include the first major Update ( almost finished by the way ) to the final one. The game will be resubmit to Apple First week of December with a launch date of December 23. So now the final version will include the first major update! Cheers.

Both, you will engage in bosses fights, hordes fights, you will walk sometimes alone a wile. You will explore most of the time, trying to find items, ammunition, memos, journals, etc, even money! while exploring the dangerous streets. Stuff that will help you out to survive! Btw, street's levels are non linear and pretty big! Cheers.

one question, tato. Since you're the dev and have played it tell me something: Is it fast paced game play? or do you really need to watch your back and those dawk corners like in RE? Or is it more of a run-and-gun like L4D? Also how are the environments in terms of where you will be attacked from and how you can defend your self in positions? Also is it more of a straight up shooter: guns, ammo, health. or are there going to be grenades or special weapons that dont act like everyday weapons? Now I would ask you about teh gun selection but that would make me feel completely lazy so ill look it up myself =P

Its something in between, you could walk, and see no trace of zombie for a while, then bump there's one jumping out a building's windows. Or simply, the music changes into a hardcore fast paced one and zombies start to coming out from everywhere. Also, zombies spawn behind vehicles, so watch out. Environments are wide open, sometimes you could find a good spot behind a car or an object and sometimes you have to run like hell. It depends how close are zombies and where they are coming from. Weapons: Again, its a bit of everything. You have powerful melee weapons like Chainsaw. Here is the complete list of weapons: Beretta. Desert Eagle. Uzi. Hunting Rifle. Auto-Shotgun. M16. Mini-Gun. Chainsaw. Flamethrower. Also, killing monsters, will give ya money to buy stuff on the shop: weapons, items, ammunition, etc. Cheers.

Btw, theirs a 180 degrees turn button, to make quick turns and evades monsters! QUESTION 8: HOW MANY BOSS ARE THERE? Theirs only one, same as L4D. But theirs a lots of zombies 36 types: Including three different classes: Stronger/big, normal and taller/skinny zombies. Btw, the game have a very nice progression, the more you advance on levels, enemies will be harder, stronger and faster! Be careful. QUESTION 9: IS EACH LEVEL/CHAPTER LONG? Levels are quite bigs and opens, theirs no a linear way and the possibility of explore to find things is quite nice! QUESTION 10: WILL WE EVER HAVE A SALE ON THIS GAME AFTER MULTIPLAYER COMES OUT? thanks for the reply, one more: when you say 36 zombies do you mean 36 varients of one 'parent' zombie? as in they are all the same but are stronger/faster/skinnier/obese? I think it would help if you added more than one 'type' of zombie. Maybe one that moves really fast and claws you? Maybe one that acts like a shield for the other zombies? (this would add a lot more to the gameplay strategy)
