Are you planing on improving the zombies? They look very cut out. I would love to see an update that smoothens this and adds textures, shadows. Correct me if I am wrong. I will still probably buy this though for $2. If you improved the graphics you could easily hit the $5-$10 mark. Just like codwaw:zombies. But I think if $2 is 66% off, full price is really pushing it.
In my opinion this game is much better than a lot of apps in app store that i saw.Games like zombieville don't really shine because there graphics but the gameplay is very sweet and quite simple.I think Dead Strike is a fresh start for survival horror games for iphone, itouch.I really love this one .Dude is only 2$ why you care so much about graphi a lot of time you pay 50 box for pc or xbox game .. and you don't have what you like ( GAMEPLAY is what i talking about ) so i don't really care about how the zombies look's i just want to blow up there heads hehhe
Thanks for the info on when it will be released...I guess I can stop checking so much whether it's out yet!
Did you receive my PM? I sent you more info on how to contact me to discuss about this possibility. Tanks for your interest on this. Regards,
What is the music in the trailer? Both Shazam and Midomi failed at identifying it. I mean the first trailer, the piano bit.
The musics on our trailers/games are created by our great composer, Adrien Volpi. He is a professional composer ho worked on TV ads, short-films and cinema industry. He also love Survival games! The main Dead Strike theme, the one on the credits when you finish the game (not the credits by the main menu ) is composed again by Adrien and singed by Ben Spencer.
The first minor patch ( coming in late December 2009 ). We could called it major update as it improve the game by at least 50% better! Features: New particles effects: Better quality real-life-like ones. New blood textures ( for particles effects ). Eg: Shots will be even bloodier! Blood splashes on the ground, spec a lots of blood, Rated 17 btw, hope you are not a kid lol, cause there will be a lot of blood. This patch was a blood replacement patch at first, called blood patch, but we jumped into it to add more stuff! Extra animations: For animated characters and zombies. Means extra bit of realism and immersion. Open worlds: street levels less linear, go wherever you want, getting into dead ends, closed roads, etc. Exploration: Woot yes! try to find items, ammunition, memos-messages and even money! Mix all this stuff with existing features: Crazy zombies, boss battles, horde fights, zombies coming from everywhere, jumping out from buildings windows and vehicles, 3D immersible sounds, special FXs and of course the storyline itself, its gonna be pretty huge! Plus, the multiplayer !!!
We are renaming it now to the "first major patch" as it contains lots of FXs, visual improvements to the streets on the city and specially on gameplay itself. Don't worry about major, it doesn't mean late update. It will be ready by late December 2009! Perhaps is now a major update. V1.1. Multiplayer update now becomes V1.2. Cheers.
wow,you are really advance in everything the sequel is announced and on development already you said the changes on the next update,ehem....major update and the game isn't out yet i'm really impressed, you're doing it well i hope this game will be a success
We hope so too, getting support from users early, will help us fund and complete Forgotten Memories ( a very big survival horror project compared to Dead Strike ). Also, the more support we got from users, the more updates and users requested features will be added to the game. Cheers.
i kinda see some errors u guys should fix. the zombie are like a head bigger then u are! the boss are okay. there always bigger. but regular zombie should be a bit smaller then u since they have hump back or leaning on one leg. they cant be taller then u! thats a minor thing though
This was made by design, bigger monsters would tend to scare you more than smaller ones. But thanks for the input. Cheers!
